Then when we could not finish our game he sent us up to pay and they were going to charge us full price when their equipment broke. The girl there was really nice and she couldn't do anything about the decision and we could not get the manager to speak to us again because he never came back to the front. Poor girl called back on behalf of him and apologized but the manager never contacted us when he said he would. Overall very disappointed with the manager I understand it's an old bowling alley and things break but this way to treat the customers is not ok.
