The results have been surprising. I didnt think the 15 minute appointment could give so much releif. There is pain for the day immediately after the work, but then the next day far reduced pain and greater mobility and each time I have a treatment, I can move more. Office is professionally run. This is an organized clinic that runs on time and the receptionist is very nice. Laid back and relaxed feeling. Definitely deserving of 5 stars and giving them a chance to help you feel better. ER visit: Billed 5 separate times for each procedure & doctor. Absolutely INSANE! Didn't know where to go for Lab work besides hospital so I had to check in at front desk & be escorted to lab?! Huh?! I'm glad I was there 25 minutes early because it took this long! I have NEVER paid $200 for lab work. One bill for the ER had an original balance of $30. How can I have an original balance when I had never been there before. Called the billing dept. She actually told my husband there is an EXTRA charge after 10:30 p.m. to visit the ER!!!! HUH?! BCBS promptly called them & got that fee removed! Review your bills! I guess they think they can stick in charges that you'll miss because they are billing multiple times from multiple people & you'll never notice! RIPOFF! They have a monopoly here in town seeing as the Urgent Care Center told my husband he had no pulse in his right foot & sent him there! They even wanted to send him by ambulance & he said "no". See the vicious circle here? One medical place is referring to the next?! By the way his "pulse" in his foot was found w/in 2 seconds at the ER to the tune of $3,000....!

Lack of staff is what I hope was the cause of the very poor care my wife received. She sat more…read morethan once on a full bedpan for a very, very long time waiting for help. That is when the showed up in time. Her room air conditioning was broken and at times it was nearly 90 degrees in her room and she broke out in a heat rash on her amputated stump's stitches. I do believe the understaffed employees there were good people, but what difference did that make to her recovery.
