I have been going to this Chiropractic office for a few years now and have really enjoyed my overall experience! The Dr. and staff have always been friendly and super helpful! What has also been nice is knowing they do take the insurance offered through IBEW LU48 (Harrison Trust plan)! I would also like to say I came across a review on this Chiropractic office done by a Cynthia M. in which to me came across as an absolute stereotypical "Karen" that just wants to see the world burn by throwing a temper tantrum fit because this individual didn't get their way when they wanted it... This place is great! My story.... I threw out a rib and was in bad pain. I couldn't put my socks on and breathe at the same time! I called in the morning around 8:00am and they got me in same day around 10:00am. The first appointment was about 1.5 hours. They do a thorough questionnaire and want to know specifics. Then, they check your range of motion. Legs, neck, hips arms and back. This part is critical, it was painful but much needed to know what type of adjustment is needed. Finally, the adjustment. I'm a big boy and this lady was able to crack my lower back with good force... I wouldn't want to start a fight with this lady! Overall, this place is legit, they care about your health and are truly local people serving their community. read more

Despite their self description on Google, Pacific West Chiropractic office does NOT accept MEDICAID, MEDICARE, or MEDICARE ADVANTAGE. I tried to understand the inconsistencies between what they post and what I was told over the phone and was asked to stop calling to get clarification. Wow! I am embarrassed for their patients who do not understand that Pacific West Chiropractic is an elitist, able-ist and age-ist organization. Also, be careful! If you are already a patient beware that if you become disabled, or loose your job or God forbid, reach the age of retirement you will no longer be a valuable customer, as you were never a patient. I was told that previously those eligible for any Government Health Insurance program, you know, the poor, the disabled and the elderly, were only approximately 10% of their patients but created 80% of their billing issues. Thus, they will not even accept CASH if the know you have any type of Government Health Insurance. So, if you are finacially disadvantaged, or totally & permanently disabled, or are elderly, this business will not address your pain. But if you are CURRENTLY healthy, young, able-bodied & financially comfortable, they may consider seeing you. read more

Dr. Katie is absolutely everything I was looking for in a chiropractor. The main things that, I believe, set her apart are: -The new patient exam is extraordinarily thorough. -She, as well as Don, are really easy to talk to and work with. -She isn't the kind of chiropractor who tries to convince you that once you visit her, you'll have to come back all the time for adjustments. She teaches you how to work the muscles in your own time to prevent future issues. -She listens to what you like and dislike and is more than willing to try alternatives to typical treatments as requested (for ex., I hate the "neck snap" thing that chiropractors love so much, as well as the electic pulse machine they frequently use. I believe she offers both, but she readily changed my treatment plan when I requested something different.) -Finally, this is what I found most important: She does not do a "one size fits all" approach to your healthcare. She really takes the time to get to the root of your problems, then treats you holistically. Much of the treatment for my back injury went beyond typical chiropractics (ultrasound, heat therapy, etc.), and I have gotten much better results than the last chiropractor I saw. Pacific West Chiropractic is, in my opinion, THE right choice in this area. They are professional, friendly, high-quality healthcare. WOW!!! I'm completely impressed by Dr. Sill and her staff!!! I have driven by their office multiple times never giving it a second thought, until yesterday. I have been having sever lower back pain for the last several day's due to a mishap while at crossfit. Long story short Dr. Sill and her staff were able to get me in right away. She and her whole staff treat you like family, they are warm, caring, friendly and have an overall concern for your well being. When I'm in pain, I want help and I want someone to be nice to me. When you call Pacific West you get both. Your visit starts with Don who is warm, welcoming, efficient, and funny. If it's your first visit, the intake exam is incredibly thorough. Dr Sill listens and answers all your questions. She is calm, knowledgable, compassionate, and funny. Funny is the bonus! Two weeks ago I threw out my back in a harrowing potato peeling accident. Dr Sill got me right in and in three treatments, I felt 100% better. I was back today for treatment due to an unfortunate garbage related mishap, but Don and Katie say, "I'm sorry you're in pain" and they mean it. Then they put you on the path to feeling better right away. I've lived in a lot of cities and had several chiropractors, Dr Sill is by far the best. 5-stars? That and then some! read more

Super impressed! They have a medical background (paramedic i think it was) and they don't automatically set you up on a life long treatment plan. Their philosophy is to treat you until the pain is gone. By the time I went to my third appointment I felt completely better and so they were okay with skipping the appointment entirely. I also really liked how thoroughly they explained treatment options and let me choose the approach I wanted. Because of transportation logistics I had to bring my 3 year old son to one appointment and they were super accommodating. They were willing to talk to him and give him some coloring pages. I've been in massive pain with my back, absolutely miserable! It has been hard to walk, stand, sit, live life.. I've always lived an active life until recently and figured this was going to be my new reality. Chiropractic care has always "helped" a little but today was different. Dr. Katie Sill is an incredible physician. Not only is she exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled, she is also extraordinarily caring and devoted to her patients. I found Dr. Sill many months ago out of desperation. The pain in my lower back had become nearly unbearable and was beginning to cause additional discomfort throughout other areas of my body. In short, I needed help. When I first met Dr. Sill, she spent over an hour evaluating my condition. She was thorough and concise, and this interaction helped me to better understand what was going on in my own body. Ultimately, she made an assessment, offered treatment, and I left feeling MUCH more comfortable. With subsequent visits, I found that within two weeks, my pain was gone. For me, this was nothing short of a miracle. I hadn't been pain free in years and had come to believe that I could possibly be dealing with some other undiagnosed underlying disorder. I took my teen daughter in for a sports physical. The Chiropractor was cheerful, professional and thorough. My daughter is at an awkward age, and is very self-conscious and was put at her ease. The paperwork was explained in detail up front and any questions I or my daughter had were answered and even encouraged by the staff. The clinic was clean and well kept, and we felt welcomed. I will be bringing my kids back for sports physicals in the future. read more
