We'd never owned a hot tub or lap pool before, but my husband had worked with Leisure through his job and thought highly of them. This company has been accountable, professional, and amazing - from purchase, preinstallation, installation, warranty work, and water testing. We've worked with ALL of the Mikes, as well as probably everyone else, and together they make a responsive, quality team. My husband and I grew up in service industries so we have high expectations when it comes to customer service. Leisure Montana is a gem among way too many clueless businesses that don't know how to treat customers. Thanks to them, we are able to have great low-impact workouts almost year-round, only wimping out when it's below -10 outside. We of course enjoy the massage jets before and after a hard day of work, especially as we get older. We want to thank Leisure so much for making this big purchase a great experience. This swim spa is now our favorite part of our home: support and service made that happen!

Are we ever glad we did! We are so very pleased with our new spa in every regard and at a SIGNIFICANTLY more realistic and justifiable price! Superior design and layout, jets with seemingly endless adjustability, user-friendly display panel and chemistry/maintenance instructions, way sturdier inside shell/cover/cover lift. I had admittedly been missing my previous Spa from Hot Springs, but it was definitely a blessing in disguise that we ended up needing to purchase a new tub, because our new Jacuzzi tub is vastly superior! The team at Thompson pools is fantastic, particularly Justin! He started off by staying past close to make sure he had answered all of our questions day one. Everyone has been easily accessible before and after the sale! Justin has been able to easily answer questions of any nature over the phone, which is great given our physical distance, living in Bozeman. I was also pleasantly surprised at how willing and able Thompson was to work with us on delivering our spa over to Bozeman from Billings. I hadn't even been in the pool yet, but it was leaking so I immediately called and called and called and texted and was pretty much told too bad we're not coming. They took my money with no problem $10,000 they took and I have a pool that I cannot use. I've reached out to other places to come replace the liner and when I tell them where I got my pool, they will not touch it. I just do not understand the blatant disregard for someone who trusted you with $10,000 of their money. I'm not sure this can be resolved because I do not believe they will come and replace the liner even though I would be willing to pay for that and the labor and the travel and I've made that clear. So I have pretty much just wasted $10,000 on a swimming pool that I cannot use.

These are the kinds of stores I like to browse through and find things I didn't know I needed. Who would have thought I'd need to exercise a budget restraint in a hardware store? Ace carries kitchen, grilling, and garden supplies as well as local merchandise like candles, soaps, and general knick-knacks, and a limited selection of clothing. When it comes to basics, I'm a fan of this Ace Hardware for being the antithesis of my experiences with the nearby big box stores.

I did get to tell management what we thought of Sydney, but it bears repeating. She is a gem. There is it was, a medium sized, real leather covered, obviously well built sofa on sale at a price we could afford. They had it in stock with or without the sleeper option! The warehouse loaded us up, telling me what would be required to unpack and put the feet on. We are very happy and would buy more if we could. You never know... Some day we might go back for those recliners.
