This company has been accountable, professional, and amazing - from purchase, preinstallation, installation, warranty work, and water testing. We've worked with ALL of the Mikes, as well as probably everyone else, and together they make a responsive, quality team. My husband and I grew up in service industries so we have high expectations when it comes to customer service. Leisure Montana is a gem among way too many clueless businesses that don't know how to treat customers. Thanks to them, we are able to have great low-impact workouts almost year-round, only wimping out when it's below -10 outside. He replied with a snarky "that's fine, but who is going to cover the cost of the materials I just ordered?" First of all, I never said I wasn't going to reschedule. Second, I assumed he would need me here while he did the job so I could pay him. When we talked about schedule availability he never informed me that materials would be purchased so far in advance and that I would be required to pay if I needed to cancel. I have had work done on my home before and am aware a % down is due before work begins, but never 2 months out with no communication to the client. When I informed him that I live alone and had to go out of town for work that week, he replied with "I'm sure you just found someone who could do it sooner. I have been in business here for 18 years with 100% approval rating so good luck" Very rude and unprofessional.
