Being there felt wrong considering I didn't go through any background check and yet there I was being walked through their home and personal belongings. I applied, although I could not get a good feel for the place since their furniture was in it, the walls were pretty dingy, the carpet was stained, and the windows were decorated with the tenants blinds and curtains. The kitchen floor was in really bad shape with a giant gash deep in the linoleum. After I signed the lease and picked up the keys, I moved in only to find that the condition of the walls, carpets, and windows were exactly the same as when the last tenant was here. In fact, the dingy blinds and curtains were still on the windows and the carpet had a big red stain with bleach spots throughout the rest of the apartment. The walls were filthy with nails and holes in them. Half of one livingroom wall looked as if they started painting it, then decided to quit. When I called the office about the condition of the place, they told me "that's just the way the apartment comes" and that I had five days to turn in my check-in list and report any issues. I did, but I never heard back from them. When I followed up I was told someone would reach out to me but they never did. They also charged me a prorated utility fee for the time before my move-in date, which I trustingly paid. I learned my lesson hard but quick soon after. Four months into my lease I get a notification that Henderson sold the property to Evergreen Management. Henderson sends me a notification that I owe them $50 for them transferring my deposit to Evergreen Management, and that if I didn't pay l would face some sort of penalty. Since I'm in no way liable for whatever action they took with my deposit, I called their bluff. It's been seven months and they never bothered me about that again. Now I have to worry if this new Evergreen Management will give me my full deposit, or try and charge me for the condition Henderson left it in. The second star in my rating comes from the fact that they smiled at me a lot.

Only $200/month ($250 later) includes a "hot desk" (4+ different unreserved desk options), a beautiful covered rooftop patio working option, a small basement gym, a wine or beer pour per day, an attached easy small cafe, WiFi, a business environment, a phone booth for private/conference calls, options to use the conference room, and options to upgrade to assigned desk or private office. Some of these options might change, I don't know, but I wanted to do it just for the extras like the rooftop and gym lol. The Mgr who took me on the tour was not overbearing or obnoxious or trying to up sell, very easy to talk to. Great hours and 24 hr access for some options. It might fill up fast, but the $200 open seat option seemed excellent if u have enough business to make renting a space worth it or if u don't have a good work space at home. Corner bldg, right across from The Coffee Tree, and new free parking structure down the street! I haven't checked out any other options but I'm sure we don't have something this loaded nearby.

This was the third Hilton I stayed at during a recent Denver business trip, and two of the three…read moreused a QR code parking system from Parking Management Company (PMC) in Nashville. Embassy Suites charges $15 per day for parking. Why this cannot simply be added to the hotel bill is beyond me. After a long day of driving, I could not get the QR code to work at check-in. A staff member suggested the hotel's concrete structure was the cause. Repeated attempts to access the system were frustrating, and the employee admitted they receive frequent complaints about it. I called the number listed under the QR code and got no answer. Frustrated, I even asked to cancel my reservation. A manager eventually stepped in and manually entered my information on a hotel computer. I also dislike having to provide personal information to a third party just to park at a hotel where I am already a paying guest. Reviewing PMC's privacy policy only increased my concerns. If Hilton continues expanding these systems, it will influence where I choose to stay in the future. Aside from the parking issue, the hotel was fine. The rooms were clean and spacious with a 1990s vibe, and the property has a bar, a small gym, and cooked food on-site.

And the shopping center right next door has everything we could want! Upon move-in the apartment was immaculate. I'm usually the type to clean even if it looks clean, but I truly didn't need to, it was spotless. The dark wood features & modern appliances are gorgeous as well. The tall ceilings and wide open space is perfect for our growing family & I'm personally in love with the walk-in closets & storage space throughout the home. There were a couple things that needed to be fixed (lightbulb & disposal) but maintenance was quick to respond. The community center is comparable to most smaller resorts! We're looking forward to spending quality family time there this summer. We are so very happy to call this our new home for the next 15 months. BTW, I read some negative reviews about the parking before we moved, but so far we haven't had an issue at all. I love the sense of community here as well. Brittney and Tatiana and the rest of the staff are so helpful, professional and eager to resolve concerns, if they arise. We love the amenities, the maintenance crew and wouldn't think of moving. It's home for us, and that is saying a lot, especially given the pandemic issues. Thanks for being our kind of home, gang!

Eastman park is a great park for the town of Windsor. It has a giant parking lot that can…read moreaccommodate large crowds. A huge pavilion that can host large crowds and events. This park also has big soccer fields and a separate fenced in dog play area in far right corner. The best part for me is that it connects to the Poudre river trail. Being a cycling enthusiast, I found that this park allows easy access to this great trail. The pavilion also has full restrooms with running water and drinking fountains.
