I tried to blend an event with a website PR article I was doing, and some dumb kid called the website and said I was claiming to be the website owner, which was totally BS and got me tossed off any more work. Everyone even had the emails that proved me right but could never get the situation solved. This was some time ago. I don't hold a grudge any more, I already know the Scottsdale party/club thing is all puff, full of posers, so that is just the way it is. But when dealing with this crowd I suggest you get EVERYTHING IN WRITING and save every thing.

Yes self proclaimed hippie chick (not the smelly doesn't shave armpits kind) but the tree climber, mountain climber, hiker and bluegrass Indie lover. It was nice to mix it up a bit. I went with a good friend, had two red bulls, and danced my feet off. I will not be going to the nightclub scene anytime soon, once every 3 years is fine for me, however Raven Events offers business to business mixers that I plan on checking out. Scottsdale (not my scene) to much filler (if you know what I mean) and not much substance from a lot of the women I met........ but it was Scottsdale. Raven herself was however, sweet kind and the real deal.

They were amazing from start to finish…read more They helped us figure out what we needed, helped us plan and execute our entire wedding and all for less then what the other rental companies wanted just to rent the bare essentials! we were able to get our entire wedding....from tables, linens and chairs to all of our decor, centerpieces, lawn games, chalkboards, mason jars, lanterns, backdrops. They had a amazing amount of Shabby Chic Decor that we could never had afforded to buy, but their prices were unbelievably reasonable. They even put together our wedding favors and created personalized goodie bags and napkins for us. We had a fairly small budget and they were able to help us have a amazing wedding and we only spent $5500 for 100 guests for everything venue, decor, flowers, and catering! I would recommend them to anyone.

While I keep hearing of a rebirth of the Arizona Center, when I stopped by there the other day when stopping by the One Arizona Center Building, I saw most of the shops and restaurants closed though I wonder in hindsight if looks could be deceiving. It just looks run down and not an exciting place to be any more but I couldn't say with certainty what the Arizona Center has to offer nowadays with their website (https://arizonacenter.com) down. It shows as if it is a WordPress error. The Arizona Center is a shopping center and office complex located in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, which has been around since 1989. It features two office buildings, retail, and a 24-screen AMC theatre. Retail offers a variety of restaurants, boutiques and tourist shops. The large central plaza includes richly landscaped courtyards and fountains. Nearby, a large Sheraton Phoenix Downtown hotel opened back in 2008. There are other condo projects under construction. At this time, there are a few fast food restaurants, a Bosa Donuts shop, and entertainment like Drunk Shakespeare (which is exactly what it sounds like), and there is even an Entrepreneur Speaker Series for 2025 going on this week. Other restaurants include Jersey Mike's, Cold Stone Creamery, and Omoide Sushi & Noodle Bar. Other stores include SUITS at Keystone among others. There is also parking available nearby. While I appreciate the spaces and what they have to offer, there is a lot of growth yet to do before the spaces become what we can see it becoming. I'll keep my eyes on the space and try to make it back in the near future to see if the space improves.
