We had some stuff we needed to get rid of in a hurry before our lease was up at our previous home, and Big Tone's was responsive, took care of the job quickly, and at good value. Tony himself was a really nice guy and loved that he brought his son along for the trip. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because they were running 30 minutes late and I had to be the one to reach out to see if they were still coming, which they did pretty soon after. Communication is big for me, especially when I could only be on the site for a specific period of time before I needed to take care of other things. We had about 3 cubic yards/ 10x10 area of cardboard boxes and other recyclables we needed removed after a move. 150 cash for the lot and out the door (out of the yard? GONE. The important thing!) All about 1 hr from first time of contact. Comprabable in price to WM defunct Bagster service or the yellow bag available around the bay currently AND faster. Would recommend without hesitation.
