We spent a couple minutes meandering around, taking in the variety of inventory and checking out the things that the store has to offer. I understand having a personality but when I asked "if I bought the plant here is there still a repotting fee" he said "congratulations on buying the plant here and supporting local" in the rudest way possible. I have no issue paying a repotting fee I was just asking for clarification and he decided that was the perfect time to be rude lol it was the weirdest thing. When I said I was taken aback by his attitude he continued to escalate. Anyway, you can easily just buy plants elsewhere and skip the condescending man who works here and owns the shop.

Missing part of the top cover. He uses cheap used parts. He said he would fix the leak, get the cover, never did. His wife said they tried to call and blamed us for not repairing it which is simply ANOTHER lie. They do not return calls, they are weeks out, then they charge you to come look, then again when they return. He is slow at working, milking the clock, he does not carry any spare parts. Terrible way to run a business. Good luck!
