Now a second time I go and they asked for my dogs weight, I said 18 and 21lbs. I had also gotten a few exotic treats that were not priced so I didn't think anything when I heard the total. When I got home and look at the receipt I noticed I was charged for 2 large dogs. Mind you we had to wash both dogs in the same tub at the same time. Their normal groomer doesn't even charge them as large dogs because they are not. So I guess I'm just confused on the pricing because a 21lb cockapoo is BARELY a medium sized dog... so I guess great for treats bad for self washing.

Maybe I'm just too "community over competition" oriented but this experience put a horrible taste in the mouth. Everytime I've seen Kate the owner after she's just very off putting, she's condescending and rude. Not a friendly woman in any form. There are other local pet stores in stgeorge that you could patronize that undoubtedly treat their employees, past employees and customers with more kindness. Also, the owner is VERY money oriented. Nothing worse than a shitty manager not supporting their team, makes for uncomfortable vibes. The main reason I decided to write a review is to make it known how easy (yes easy) their return/ exchange policy is. Homedepot is a nightmare compared to my experience I just had exchanging a dewalt tool that I had a protection plan on. Home Depot wants you to call customer service or call someone else or write a letter or what the heck ever they come up with. Tractor Supply all day for protection plans.
