I got a bill at the end of the day that was insanely high for the work completed. It was explained to me that that is because it was "insurance rates." I am not filing a claim with my insurance so I am getting stuck paying unquoted work (during an emergency) at crazy high rates. Again, their emergency response was great. Their work product was exactly what it should have been. I am just very surprised and disappointed at the pricing. Even recognizing I was in a bind and it was going to cost me, their pricing was simply not fair. Getting a bill after the fact, nothing I can do now except let others know if you aren't making an insurance claim, be prepared for "insurance rates." Dumb of me not to get pricing clearly stated prior but sitting in a wet room with a burst pipe makes you hurry along!

The door is at risk to be shattered from hitting the other glass side. I've been very patient, sending more than 7 messages via text and voice mail to have zero acknowledgement. When I ordered my door, they seemed to be very knowledgeable and good people. Then they accidentally order the wrong door (we discussed two options) so I had to purchase a shower curtain, liner & rod for the shower until the correct door came in and was installed. They said they would give me a nice discount for my inconvenience. After they installed the correct door, they forgot about the discount. I reminded them and they did give me a much smaller, than originally suggested, discount, which I was fine with other than it was their offer. Well they still have a chance to redeem their reputation with me if they only stand buy their product and make it right by servicing their faulty shower door installation. I welcome their professionalism and a call to make this right. If they don't stand by it my 2 stars becomes a 1. Very nice and knowledgeable people who just need to figure out how to service their existing customers.

I'm just now getting around to writing the review as the disgust has mounted over seeing every day the "wavey" carpet in the Master Bedroom, in addition, the unacceptable way they proposed to handle the matter. Within a year and a half of the carpet being installed the carpet began to develop significant 2"- 3" high waves or rolls every 8'-10'. Cleary a very poor install job in the Master as the other rooms have no problems. After calling them out to see it, their solution was to re-stretch they're poor installation in the Master Bedroom for $800!! When I challenged them, the response was quite nonchalant stating "that's what it costs" which is unfortunate because I really like the carpet. BUT, they didn't stand behind their work. When it comes to eventually recarpeting and reinstalling our wood flooring I won't be calling All Flooring Design.
