Absolute rip off . I paid 17$ for a drive thru that is usually 5$ . Nobody told me that is only the wash and no extra vacuum and cleaning . The Airport location does great work. Get the mud off of your car, the dirt off your floor mats and remove the $300 binoculars right out of your console. And, of course, they are 'not responsible' for what they employees steal. I've washed by vehicle 40-50 times, including tipping the guys well and occasionally getting my boots shined. I went to Bebo's car wash on moffett rd. Paid for tire shine and when I came out of car wash one tire was halfway shined. Told guy running it and was told his manager told him if the tire shine didn't work he would have to shine them for an extra 5 dollars per manager. Assistant manager was only there his name is Tristen same story he gave me. Couldn't do anything per manager. Told him they need to get it off the one tire because it looked bad. He walked away saying have a nice day. Think this is stealing. I paid for a service I didn't receive. Well everyone just use Rich's. Way better.... give zero stars if i could. read more

This place is just average. The car wash itself is very good but the staff are lazy and act like they are doing you a favor cleaning your car after u have paid for them to do it. One guy was leaning against my car BS'ing with his co worker while some other co worker was attempting to wipe down my car. Service people hung up the vacuum hose the wrong way and as I was getting in, it fell on top of me and the car putting a ding in the car. If they dont want to work there, then they should quit. Ultimately it is my fault., but I accidentally left my wallet in my car. With the help of management we looked all thur my car and could not find it. After over a hr of looking and asking everyone about it, we were still no closer. They took my name and number. When leaving I decided to look one more time. In the back seat I pulled down the arm rest in between the 2 seats and there it was. Thank god it was found but it was 20 dollars lighter. It's curious as how it got there because I used my wallet to pay for the service and never went into the backseat after that. The only conclusion I can draw is that it had to be one of them. So as you can guess I will not be back. If you use them be very careful of your valuables. read more

The car wash itself is great, but the employees here don't seem to want to be there. I've been here on two different occasions (weeks apart) and each time the employee makes a remark (after asking "how are you today?") such as "I want to go home" or "I'm at work ...". I understand this isn't the best job in the world, but please don't take your negative attitude about your job on your customers. Because of the "uncomfortableness" I feel here, this will be my last visit to Bebos. This place is GREAT. They offer a range of different services that will accommodate any budget. They offer a $3 car wash, and free vacuums. I opted for the $16 package which is a car wash, and full inside detailing. With my $16 car wash you drive through their machine operated car wash, and once you drive through they have people on the other end that take your car, and fully clean the inside. They did such a great job, and wiped, vacuumed, and detailed my entire interior and dash. The nice thing is while they detail your car, you can go inside their lobby that sells snacks, drinks, and even has a shoe shine station. This is a great option for when you want to get your car cleaned, but want to stay out of the blazing sun. My sister and her boyfriend have taken their car here on my recommendation, and they both swear by this place now. read more

After going to another auto detailing place and was very dissatisfied, I went to Bebo's at Springdale today. My car was a mess after having run through the car wash twice at another car wash. Bebo's employees could not have been nicer! They went overboard trying to please me. Several employees scrubbed my car and told me to run through again and they scrubbed it again! The equipment at Bebo's is far superior to the other car wash businesses and I will not use anyone else. The employees worked hard to please me. read more

First review ever because the customer service is terrible. The carwash alignment tracks cut into my tire and took chunks out of my rim. The manager pretty much called me a liar because my rims were already scratched and said there was no way it happened there. I will pay more to go somewhere else. read more

This is a fine full-service car care center. The staff is usually pretty friendly, they offer great service, and have a nice waiting area. This location of Bebo's is in a great area, but due to the traffic on their street, and the way the parking lot is configured, it's a bit of a pain to get in and out of. read more

For 40$ the service sucked... Way overrated and car still is dirty... Guy told me to get a certain was with wax and bugs would be removed, well they did the wash and waxed right over a ton of bugs and dirt. I will not be using this location again.... read more

Contacted the main office with my issue and the company president seemed concerned where as the site manager did not. He apologized and sent two of their Bebo's Best car washes. Paid the extra ~$10 to have the staff vacuum out the inside of my car yesterday. My 13 year old daughter left her wallet underneath the passenger seat (unbeknownst to me). One of the 3 or 4 people cleaning it out took her $100 bill she got for her birthday. We tipped them with the ones they left in her wallet. That's how she realized so quickly that it had been stolen. The outside wash is a drive-through machine, which does about as good as you would expect a decent drive-through car wash to do. We got the full package including interior vacuuming and wipe-down, and they did a fairly decent job. Some minor misses here and there, but they stood by while I inspected it and touched up any areas I indicated. Overall, average value for a car wash and vacuum/wipe-down that requires no effort on your part. They have a nice large waiting area inside, and keep the temperature quite comfortable for your wait. read more

I got the most expensive carwash interior and exterior cost me $39.95. This is the worst carwash I've ever received. Front window has streak marks on it, seats were dirty and the back section of my Chrysler Pacifica was not touched at all. I now have a scratch on my rear bumper. Highly recommend no one ever go to this carwash. I know I should've gone inside and complained but I'm an older gentleman and I'm just not comfortable with that type of confrontation. read more

100% total rip off. 14.95 for a car wash and my car is still dirty. This has happened repeatedly. Tire shine doesn't work half the time. I have even had the tires shined on one side but not the other. If you complain, they will have an employee hand shine the tires but who wants to wait. The employees are very lazy. read more

Honestly this place is kind of awful. I've been coming here for years and it slowly seems to get worse and worse. First issue is the attendants when you first pull up to pay. They constantly try and push you to upgrade your wash, even though you have already made your selections at the kiosk. I understand trying to upsell, but they get really annoying and pushy with it. I'll even tell them "I want the cheap wash" on Wednesday's (it's 2.95 all day) and the attendant will immediately press the $6.95 button for me. I thought this would stop once I upgraded to the fast pass (monthly) system yet I'm still hounded each and every time I come. I usually stop by 1-2 times per week for an outside only wash, but today I decided I had enough time to get the inside cleaned as well. Big mistake. After leaving my truck with the staff to clean the inside, I sat here for 35 minutes and watched as new cars came in and the employees immediately sprung into action, all while my truck still sat there all alone. Finally someone came over to my truck and proceeded to towel down the outside of my truck for a good 10 minutes. After it was all said and done it took 55 minutes to get the inside of my vehicle cleaned, with 35 minutes of that being unattended by any employee. Sadly, this is the second time this exact situation has happened to me here. I've canceled my fast pass as of today. The washes always leave dirt all over my vehicle and the staff obviously hasn't been trained on customer service or efficiency. Bebo's is definitely a more convenient location for me, but I feel I can get better service elsewhere. read more

Just got my car back from the body shop w/ a brand new bumper. We took it to Bebo's Express Car Wash to get it buffed and waxed. When I returned to pick it up, there was a gouge in the bumper, through the paint, primer and into the plastic. Bebo's refused to admit fault or give me a full refund. They blamed it on the body shop, saying it was a paint flaw. Head management, Doug and Paul Toler, were rude and dismissive to the whole situation. I recommend avoiding Bebo's so you don't find yourself in a similar situation. read more

I started using Bebo's when I first lived in Mobile in the early 80's then moved away. Every time I'm back in Mobile, I stop in to get my car washed and interior cleaned. Yesterday I had the leather seats on my Honda Pilot done, too, and I have to say that it's about as close to a complete detail as you can get. Yes, it took an hour to get done, but I'm totally good with that, since the interior is squeaky clean. I've lived in Michigan, Atlanta, and near Cincinnati and never have gotten this kind of cleaning for the money. Now, I do agree that the building needs a fresh coat of paint, or better, a complete gut job and make it look new. Also, get rid of the TV in the waiting area, since the noise of the car wash completely drowns out the sound. Also, I had the best carwash, plus leather treatment. They have a deal that you get half off the next carwash if you get the $19.95 ultimate wash. I asked if my deal would qualify, and was told it would not. Never did understand why. Visiting Mobile decided to have my truck washed, choose the $39.99 wash, was expecting it to be thoroughly clean. However, turned out to be one of the worst washes I've ever paid for. Bugs left on windshield and truck, grime still on rims. One and Done, won't ever return or recommend. Manager did apologize and offered to clean again however I had already been there a hour, and I wasn't waiting there any longer!! read more

Paid $65 for full interior and exterior clean. When we were told the vehicle was ready the inside had not been touched except for the carpet shampoo. There was no hand wax as we were told would be for the price. The attendant told us the machine did the spray wax they didn't offer hand waxing (all the while they were waxing a vehicle next to us) we asked the attendant about cleaning the rest of the interior and was told I cleaned the inside alrhought there was dust on every console. She did offer to clean it again but used a filthy rag that only spread the dirt everywhere. We tried to find a manager but couldn't and just left. For $60 I expected a lot more then a machine wash. I wouldn't go here just pay the extra few dollars when you fill up at the gas station for a better and cheaper wash. read more

This was the first time I went and I will not be back. I got the basic wash and vacuum just to see how they were. I tipped the guy $5 so I basically paid $20 to go through the automatic car wash because he did not vacuum the inside of my car out. That or they have really crappy vacuums. I spent $75 on gas and a car wash today. I drove across town just to have my car interior cleaned. I got my car four months ago. When they finished, I tipped the worker and drove off. As I pulled out I noticed the back window had been cleaned with a greasy cloth. I turned around and drove back up. I cleaned the window myself...re-vaccumed the inside and the trunk...no one approached me to help or even see what I was doing. They didn't even ask why I needed a cloth or cleaner. On top of all this some aweful air freshner was used instead of what I asked for. I won't go here again and you should go elsewhere too. read more

Had my oil changed there manager in lube center went above and beyond. My drain plug was stripped from where I had it changed at a discount place and Bebo's fixed it and brought it to my attention and didn't charge extra. I strongly recommend them to anyone. read more
