The Big Woody Limo was perfect for the bachelorette party I had for my sister! They took us to a few brewery's and Seattle tourist spots I chose. They were easy to work with and very laid back- answering any questions I had via email or phone promptly. Kelly was great about putting up with 12 crazy bachelorette party attendees. I was worried at one point as the girls wanted to make another drink stop. I didn't know whether or not they'd allow another stop that I didn't already have planned on our itinerary and Kelly immediately said, how about we stop there right after our space needle stop. I was so relieved that I didn't have to figure anything out. We were also rejected from our third brewery that we had chosen and our driver simply brought us to another one close by. They really did make everything run a lot more smoothly. Also, Kelly has some major driving skills; he navigated some very narrow Seattle streets having to make turns with cars inches on either side of the bus! I definitely recommend them if you are looking to have a great time being driven around. Be sure to leave plenty of time for hanging out in the bus. We hired Big Woody for our wedding day in July and could not have been happier with our decision. Right from the start of planning, Ken, the Client Relations Coordinator, was so unbelievably helpful. Being a Canadian couple getting married in Seattle, most of the planning was done over email. By the end of it all, we had exchanged upwards of 50 emails back and forth, and he was always super friendly and returned my emails promptly, ensuring every detail for the day was covered. This was an amazing time! Even before I ever stepped foot on the bus, Ken of management was very easy to make arrangements with via email. He was very willing to help with setting up payments and recommending how to get the most for our money. The Driver, Brandon, was early and super friendly. He showed me how easy it would be to hook up my phone to the sound system, which was awesome! The interior was so impressive with all the wood staining, and super comfortable couch style seating. We'd seen the bus driving around Seattle before, and just knew that it would be a great option for a birthday party bus. Gave my wife the Big Woody for her birthday and it made her VERY happy. Lasted for nearly 5 hours, we had so much fun that by the end we were both whooped. The booking process was very simple and the owner was very easy going as we did not have a firm agenda before hand. They provided coolers with water and ice (a nice touch). The sound system rocked and connected easily to our phone via bluetooth. If you want a ride with character this is the charter for you. The bus is a converted school bus with very compfy lounge type chairs, cedar ceiling and hardwood floors. When we got on the bus, they already had a cooler and ice, as well as, water for us.
