The bus was horrible; it was dirty, old, had graffiti on the back, the seats were like sitting on plywood, there were no glasses or ice buckets, no place in the back for gifts, the tint was coming off the windows, no seat belts. I booked the executive limo bus for a special event. At first RJ was very helpful and accommodating. However, on the day of the event, just 5 hours before scheduled pick-up I received a text (NOT A PHONE CALL) telling me the fuel line was busted and they would be sending a shuttle bus instead. She would only communicate with us via text, I guess she lost her voice??? Definitely a huge disappointment, appreciate that they still offered a ride but a party bus vs. a shuttle bus is a totally different experience. They did give us a small refund but that was only after we pushed back. After talking with others in the community I have heard this same thing happened to them when booking with Creative Bus. Save yourself the day of headache and find a different company! And here's an idea for Creative Bus... maybe you need to have an inhouse mechanic to fix all your last-minute maintenance problems you apparently have. read more
