Although both of them have had grooming appointments every month since we got them, Blue just wasn't a fan. Invariably I'd receive horrible feedback from groomers, charged lots of additional "handling" fees and have even been told that Blue needed a "special" groomer. After a year of hurtful and really negative feedback I contacted No Bones About It and was encouraged by the owner ( who is amazing and lovely) to come in so they could give Blue a try. Not only did Jessi do an amazing job but she said she could absolutely work with my Blue. He looked so amazing and not choppy as usual. Not to mention he smelled just awesome too! Jessi saved us. I can't even put into words how grateful we are to have Jessi. She is just such an amazing human. The whole team is so kind and welcoming. We will always bring our babies here. She has never been done on time, asking to wait a few more hours, and even then when I arrived just before closing, she was still working on the dog. The place looks shabby, and there is always too many dogs. I have a feeling that she is overbooked or takes in dogs without an appointment, thus causing an extreme delay. Last time, my dogs came back so dehydrated that they couldn't stop drinking for 2-3 minutes. This is not acceptable for the owner to keep dogs so long without offering them some water. I will never return there. No, thank you! Not even a cheap price ($50 for a small dog) will entice me to come back. I wish the groomer well though and to find time to transform the place into a more decent and inviting salon.

I wanted to cross-post my review here, as although my dog's procedure was done at the East Side Animal Hospital, I want to make sure Dr. Suresh gets the recognition for the amazing and affordable work that he and his staff provide to our furry loved ones. ______________________________________ Dr. Suresh is amazing! I adopted a senior rescue dog who needed a lot of work done.  He had 4 broken teeth and 1 large tumor taking over the whole front of his mouth, as well as a smaller tumor on his gums and a strange "corn-like" growth on his back paw.   Needless to say, I was very concerned about the dog going under anesthesia due to his age, and all the work that had to be done, but Dr. Suresh was extremely patient and understanding.  He took the time to address all of my dog's issues, and did the pre-surgery bloodwork/exam and the surgery itself at a very reasonable price.   I was able to book my dog's surgery almost immediately.  Pre-surgery I was able to speak to Dr. Suresh in detail about everything to be done and realistic expectations post surgery. Although it was quite an extensive and difficult procedure, it went off virtually without a hitch!  I'm extremely grateful to Dr. Suresh for his personalized care and patience with my boy. When I went to pick him up he was still quite groggy, but Dr. Suresh was checking his heart and monitoring his vitals and he and his staff assisted me in getting him into my vehicle.  Dr. Suresh gave me his personal cell phone number should any additional issues arise over night. He also patiently provided detailed follow up instructions, including a post-op check up to be scheduled in about 10 days free of charge.   This morning Dr. Suresh phoned me again personally, to check on my dog's recovery. My boy is doing great! He's pretty much bounced back almost completely since his major surgery yesterday, and I couldn't be happier with his progress and the amazing standard of care he received at the East Side Animal Hospital. Thank you so much Dr. Suresh and staff for the great experience with my senior dog's complicated surgery!
