The passenger side glove box still has visible dirt/ dust marks. There are many small circular liquid specs on my center console and dashboard. Grease/ liquid marks on the back door. His 400$ detail also includes the engine bay to be cleaned but he thought that mine was "clean enough already" so he told me he skipped that part all together, still making the price out to be $400. I don't think that was the right thing to do. There was really nothing special about this detail compared to the standard $250 detailing in my opinion.

They know the equipment causes damage, so to cover themselves; they post a sign saying they don't cover damage for vehicles more than 5 years old. My car is 8 years old this year; but the paint is perfect. The brushes in the wash caused swirl marks on my trunk. It looks like someone took a copper brillo pad and scrubbed my car. I submitted a claim, took about an hour process with their employee onsite. They gave me a response a few weeks later saying that they didn't cause the damage and they won't claim responsibility. Don't go here. Please. Your car will absolutely not look how it did when got there.

I opted for the premium wash which was $49.99. I needed a deep clean as I have been avoiding cleaning my car for a long time now cuz I'm lazy lol. They did a pretty good job. Took about an hour so keep that in mind, but they are pretty thorough with doing their job inside and out. All the nooks and crannies inside were clean. Spotless and shiny like brand new.
