His team drafted a demand letter for $1500 and sent it off to the business. The team thought they did so well they added $1100 more to the bill without notification. I called to speak to them about the additional charges, and they added $65.00 more just for the phone call for a question they never called back about. I formally emailed a letter asking to no longer move forward with the case as they proved they were the bigger crooks than the company I was needing help with. I would not recommend McCauley unless you have an endless supply of money. I never got a response to my email. They proved they only care about money and not the client. The demand letters were not delivered to the business and were returned to the law firm but I was not notified. I'M DONE!!!
