We used him to gain custody of my grandchildren after the mother died. After losing 4 times to the grandmother in court for custody, he agreed to a unification where my son would drive 18 hours to see his children for 6 hours. He had to do it for four months. After four months, Ben says he's not sure what the agreement was and that it may be 8 months as they requested. Before we had to request a new attorney, he tried to enforce an illegal child support order from Denver in behalf of grandmother and have my son pay it.
