I received Incomplete packets that even though they were told I am very low vision, legally blind they wanted me to fill out the many many pages and if I said they were hard to fill out I was told to blow them up. no reasonable accommodations were offered. For months I was never contacted as to why they it receive paperwork. I was not told about it until I contacted them, but the lady up front will say she did. Any attempt to make an inoffice appointment with the attorney is diverted.
