We've been to this…read moremarket a handful of times when visiting Cloudcroft, New Mexico, and have always been very pleased with the stores welcoming environment, it is very cozy and well stocked, lots of things to look at for the whole family. The shop has many cute souvenirs and home goods. I've noticed their fair prices, compared to other stores we have visited. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the lack of a welcoming attitude from the owner, I hate to judge someone's attitude on one visit (from this years trip) but this has happened before. I ended up with a small Cloudcroft patch and some postcards to commemorate my visit to this visit to the clouds. The clerk was friendly and offered a bunch of stuff on sale, and other New Mexican themed souvenirs and jewelry. Their stuff included rings, pottery, necklaces, and dream catchers. The shop in the downtown area which looks like something out of some wild west street. Parking is easy, there's plenty of spots and is in a pedestrian area which is fun to just window shop.

They have a great selection of items, some you wont find anywhere else. Chuck was so helpful. We couldn't find some shirts in the right size and he was quick to find them. There are also some great photo spots right outside the store - with aliens, the mural, or the UFO prop. There is a large mural on the outside wall by Eddie Macias. A local artist whose artwork you will find all throughout the city! There are also alien and UFO statues you can take pictures with on the roof and right outside the building. Cassie was a gem and made us visitors feel welcome and gave us great tips about the city and was SUCH a good representative for the store and Roswell.
