    Awesome employees

Lucas, Winter and Zach were awesome and super fun! My 3 kids had a blast and it was those 3 employees that really made the experience amazing. They rode the Super Sling and Gravity Bomb several times and had a so much fun. We felt very safe even with high thrill. Would definitely recommend the unlimited pass for those 2 attractions.

    Monopoly game in arcade

We have been here many times and enjoyed it. We have done the maze part and have put a lot of money on a game card. We went there today after quite a while of not going. All our money and tickets were wiped from my card. The employee said it was like it had never been activated. Obviously it has. Clearly I posted a picture of the monopoly game. Used with that card. He made it seem like I just picked it up off the ground and was trying to get over on them. He said no one else there would be able to figure out what happened. Then he said. All you can do is put more money on it! Are you kidding me? That's like saying hey, we pretty much ripped you off! Give us more money! Nope you lost a repeat customer with this extremely poor customer service. We won't be back to get ripped off again.

I was very pleased with my time here, all the employees were very nice, and the main employee that provided service , Dakota, was very sweet and helped me feel completely comfortable the entire time and it couldn't have been any better. i definitely would like to come back at some point

We had a wonderful time. The Bigfoot expedition was a blast. It was a long amount of time driving through exciting and beautiful terrain. I'm glad the show had a surprise factor at the end. Our kids loved it and wasn't terrified. The older kids actually appreciated the message behind it. Thank you for putting together a well thought out voyage Barry was awesome being a tour guide!!

Was so exciting and thrilling never know what was going to happen

We just finished the Bigfoot Expedition it took about 2 hours the tour was fun it was a lot of time we had to hold on it was really hilly. We got to feed the long haired cows they were gentle and huge. They let u pet them and they are very soft. It was thrilling and a little scary at times you just didn't know what was going to happen the driver Leland was awesome he was very informative he was very nice we really loved it we planning on doing this again whenever we do return to Branson there's the part at the end that you will never expect I'm not going to give it away you have to try it yourself to see what I'm talking about another must do in Branson Mo

The tour was so much fun!! It was unique and the anticipation during the ride added to the adventure! I won't spoil the ending however it wasn't the absolute best (that's why the 4 stars). However, the cows, jokes, fun riding, views, super nice staff, creativity, going fast, and off-road riding made up for the ending. We only did the tour so I can't speak for any of the other activities however by just looking at the other activities the tour is the star and I think everyone should do it when they come to Branson!

Next you watch a video. Then they weigh you and check the height of the children. Weight limit is 300 pounds. They are big on safety-one at a time they seat you in the "coaster"- you are buckled in with 2 safety straps-additional child straps. There are handles to hold to control speed. I am not big on speed and went slow. The coaster climbs through the woods and fake animals are scattered throughout. At the top there is a shed and guide who gives a thumbs up and down the hill you go-tilting slightly at times and circling around. They assist you and unstrap you at the end. A photo is taken 3/4 of the way down-smile and try not to look scared! Summary All the locals recommended this ride as the most scenic and it was! Great fun-even for me who is skiddish about heights and speed. Note-second ride is discounted. Best ride ever! Loved it!!

If we knew how long it was gonna take to get on the coaster we wouldn't have gone that late. I think the people that give you your tickets should say how long of a wait it would be before you actually wait in line. The track was very pretty all lit up, but what I didn't like was it was very fast and around every turn I thought the coaster was gonna fly right off the track. I kept pulling back for the brakes to slow it down a bit but the brakes didn't work at all. My daughter said the same thing. I love coasters, but I just didn't feel safe on this one. Maybe that's just the way mountain coasters are I'm used to amusement park coasters.

We skipped the golf course because it's outside and it was cold and raining. Out of the 4 out of 5 attractions we visited, I had the most fun on this one. It's a virtual 3D ride combined with a first person shooter video game. So you have 3D glasses and a laser blaster gun and pick settings/foes. We went with killer clowns and robots. We were all laughing and having a great time blasting enemies. If I had one suggestion, it would be to make the ride last longer. It seemed pretty short, especially with how fun it is. But, if you got kids (or even if you don't), check it out. It's a blast! Totally get the Fiver Pass as it's the best value.

We did both 5D laser games--very short, but fun to shoot, and they announce a winner at the end. The wax museum was actually really fun with a good walkthrough and a nice variety of celebrities. There are shows happening all day long, from live music and bluegrass to comedy and saloon-style performances. Depending on the season, there are also special productions throughout the park. It's nice to be able to sit down, take a break, and still feel like you're part of the experience. And since the shows are included with admission, it adds a lot of value to your visit. It's also a great spot if you have younger kids. There is plenty for them to do beyond just rides, including play areas, interactive attractions, and even a train ride. It's not one of those parks where little kids are limited. They can stay busy all day. The whole park has a really cool 1880s theme and is honestly one of the most beautiful theme parks I've been to. Between the shops, craftsmen, and scenery, it feels more like an experience than just rides. That said, be ready for a lot of walking. This park is very hilly and you will feel it by the end of the day. Lines can also get long during busy times. Overall, it's a really unique place with a ton to do for all ages. Between the shows, rides, and kid-friendly activities, you can easily spend a full day here and still not see everything.

Our overall review based on being there 21 Dec, which changed the atmosphere a bit…read more Pros: - Amazing festive lights and decor. - Good food and it wasn't too pricey. There is a mobile ordering option for some places through the app that helped us a lot with the long lines. - Very friendly and helpful employees. - Easy to get to and navigate the park. - Smaller attractions like Grandpa's mansion were fun! - the APP is sooo helpful! - kiddo loved the knife shop and personal rings booth. The proprietors were so nice! - PowderKeg and TimeTraveler rides were awesome. Wish would could have done more than one! Cons: - We went during a weekend when people believed (as advertised) it was the last Rudolph train parade which made it especially chaotic. That was later changed in a way but it made this weekend before Christmas majorly bad. Kiddo was mad about the odd advertising after we heard a shop owner talking about a last minute meeting. - Better locker placement. We based this on Dollywood where there was a locker before each ride but SDC has them in certain "villages" which takes time to navigate. Bc of this we barely used the locker we bought - instead there are cubbies at each ride that work out better. - The kid rides area (Fireman's village or other) is smack in the middle of the route between spaces which made travel from ride to ride difficult. - During Xmas it is hectic, especially the weekend before. The whole operation is overwrought with people and it gets difficult to move, buy food, go on rides (we waited 2 hours for time traveler and saw on the app other rides were just as long). We also waiting 45 minutes for a funnel. - our personal note - we found a decent spot for the parade and got kicked out right before it started, by security. No signage - just you can't be in this open space (it was the mulch around the stage near the big Xmas tree) We left, parade be damned - which was when a lot of people were actually leaving. - outlaw ride was closed one of the biggest nights. - overpriced junk - my kiddo recognized a 'carved bear' from another theme park and when we looked at it close it was made in the Philippines. There are some good options for craftsman here but double check before paying for high priced inports. Key notes: - we knew we would be at the park into the night so we paid the $65 to get awesome parking up front. That turned out to be a great decision because as the masses were leaving we got out in 10 mins. I know that may seem silly but it as a priority for me and I know not everyone. For $20 you can get closer parking. They do have trolleys for free parking and they were running regularly. Make the decision that is best for you! - if they have the time traveler pass available - get it if you can. We spent so much time in line to watch the add on payers jump up and get more out of their time. At this park, there are only so many awesome rides. The limitations on the pass are far exceeded by the wasted time. This is only important if you are here for the rides and not just exploring. Notes: - the ground had paint stamps to help you navigate but they were worn out and made it hard. - there are shops to warm up in but as Colorado people who have seen a thing or two maybe warming stations with heaters or warming barrels like they do at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo would be good. Most people love a good wood fire smell. Overall - plan accordingly. We personally would not recommend the weekend before Xmas (we figured people would be traveling and that was a bad assumption). Know what your interest are - if you want to do shopping then that would be fine. If you want rides, maybe look at different dates you want to go.

Well, the link does not work, so we arrived 30 mins prior to our reservation as instructed in the instructions. You walk into the nice building and serval workers are there yet no one engages with you to welcome you. Finally you get some one at that counter and tell them you are there to checkin. We are told we are the only party in that reservation slot, we get weighed, and sign the waiver. After you sign the waiver nothing happens. They don't tell you anything you just wait. I did mentioned that we tried to sign them online and another lady says oh yeah that doesn't work and we cannot change the email with the instructions either. Seems odd. Well, after you wait with no communication from the staff eventually Maykala came to say she was going to get us geared up. She took our group started to work with us and then a guide Seth came and told her to take a break. He may have been trying to be funny with some of the things he was saying, however it came off as very rude. Out on the lines we had a good time. The first line we went down everyone in our group was turning around and Seth made a comment to my husband and me that our boys were not holding the brake correctly causing them to turn, well when my husband and I went we both turned. The next line Maykala told us to hold the brake a little different and seemed to make a big difference. The problem was Seth was receiving and he told our one son (who has autism) he was doing it wrong which needless to say upset him since he did exactly what he was just instructed to do. Seth would continue to make comments to our boys that I'm not sure if he thought were funny or what, however again it just came across as rude. After the lines you return to the office. No communication if you are free to go or what. We knew from watching a previous group checkout that they have photos you can buy.
