I went into the shop and asked for Joslyn, and she came out and took my information down and said it would be a few months as she was terribly busy, but she would contact me. I did not hear back from her, so I sent in an e-mail request, and did not get any response. I then called and left a message and did not get any response. So, I drove to the shop and asked for Joslyn and was told she was out and once again giving my contact information and told her what I was looking for. Surprise! I received no response, so I sent another e-mail and left another phone message and once again received no response. It must be nice that in these times when so many businesses are struggling this company does not want new business. I could not recommend this company as they do not understand that customers and potential customers are looking for effective communication and Jocylyn may be a great landscape designer, but she stinks are customer communication.
