Not only were they able to come out same day, but two employees came out to handle a simple clog that I couldn't seem to locate. The biggest thing that stood out to me about them is that they took a picture of the problem, and it seems all the prices are 'standard' via the tablet they carried. There was no prices that he had to think up off the top of his head or that he had to call into the office to see how much he should charge. Their software/tablet seemed to have the 'standard prices' already configured in. Their truck also had numerous accessories - which was convenient when I wanted to replace a few cosmetic things without them having to run and go get it at a store.
