They moved me from Lakewood to Fairview Park, Ohio, at a speedy rate, but were very cautious and professional. I was given a time range and they arrived within it friendly and ready to go. Prior to the move, they called a couple of times to confirm locations, prices and optional add-on's. The issue is that the fixtures are discontinued, so replacing only the broken one leaves me with mismatched lights and an incomplete set. Instead of taking responsibility for the full loss they caused, they only offered to replace the single broken fixture and refused to address the fact that the entire set is now affected. Accidents can happen in any move, but accountability matters. In my experience, this company was unwilling to make the situation right in a fair way and focused more on limiting their responsibility than resolving the damage they caused. If you use them, make sure you document everything and understand how they handle damage claims before trusting them with your belongings.

Boston handled it all like a Boss! At pickup and delivery, Boston conducted a briefing between himself, us and his crew so we were all on the same page and what the expectation was. The two gentlemen that moved my items from my condo to a storage unit were extremely nice and very…read morepersonable, I had an issue with some damaged items scratched coffee table broken coffee table a recliner rocker also massaging heated chair they took apart and pulled out the electrical cord so now that does not work and that was brand new when they put it in there, when I originally hired them, I requested shrink wrap to be wrapped around my items. When they arrived at my house. I asked them about the shrink wrap. They said they didn't have any. They didn't wrap anything. I had to pull comforters and stuff out of my containers to put on top of wood because they were just putting wood on top of wood. That's what caused all the scratching. Some items were just thrown in the unit on top of each other. When I called the company to see if they were willing to replace the broken chair I told them they can even take this one. Just replace it with the a new one. I got one response from them and then they said they would call and they never called. The reason I hired them was because I am originally from Youngstown and I support all Youngstown companies businesses anything. But I am extremely disappointed in this. If you own a company, you should step up to the plate and replace broken items or at least contact a person back. If you're licensed and insured it would have been covered. Anyways, all I'm saying is if you want to be an owner step up to the plate and man up in contact the people that are trying to support you in your business.

Our first phone call was prompt and positive to arrange the move. He called prior to the move to confirm the detail, (items, location and contact). His arrival was timely and very professional. Items were wrapped and carefully taken from the unit to the trailer. No time was wasted and everything arrived at the destination quickly and in the exact condition they left the unit.
