I used Bright Eyed Moving to pick up and move a piano. The movers were right on time, and had even called ahead to verify with me when they would be arriving. They were very careful to ensure that no damage was done to the piano during the move. They came well prepared with all the tools and supplies they needed to ensure a safe and swift move. They secured the piano to a piano dolly to move it out of the house, and their truck was equipped with a lift gate to get it in and out of the truck. They also covered and secured the piano very well in the truck to make sure it didn't go anywhere while traveling to my house. My piano arrived safe and sound in their truck and they unloaded just as carefully as they loaded. They got it up my porch steps and into my living room with no problems. The workers were friendly and cordial and did a great job for me! I used Bright Eyed Moving a few months ago when we moved here to unload our 28' moving truck and they were fantastic then as well, hence the reason I came back to them. Spensir at the office was great to work with and found me the help I needed in the time frame I needed it scheduled. I would highly recommend them for any of your moving needs! I am always so nervous to move as I have around 4-5 times in the last 5 years and I have never always had the best success. With that being said, I have never worked with a more professional and efficient company before. On the day of the move, the gentlemen were EARLY and started working right away. I could barely believe when everything was out of my apartment in 1.5 hours. They took the time to wrap up things that I just didn't have the time (or knowledge) to do, something other companies never did for me. With my move, they were going to be traveling to another state and told me that they would be there in the morning. Little did I know they were not only early again, but it decided to snow and was really cold outside, but they showed up and were ready to work. They never complained and helped me put my bed together. They were a wonderful group to work with. I had a great experience with Bright Eyed Moving in the transport of my mother-in-law's furnishings from Albuquerque, NM to Lenox, MA. Schyler and Dakota arrived on time and packed the truck very well in 100 degree heat. Both were very helpful and courteous. Schyler arrived in Lenox with the truck a few days later, Dakota splitting off to another job en-route. Two other movers joined Schyler to unpack the truck into my mother-in-law's new apartment. They loaded every room as we requested, and reassembled all the furniture as necessary. We were delighted with the condition of everything, and again the professional and courteous actions of the movers. We selected Bright Eyed Moving because they offered a dedicated moving truck, rather than a large moving van shared by other customers. Also, there was no mid-trip offload/storage of the goods. Like everyone else, I spent HOURS looking for a reputable moving company in the Cleveland area. It almost seemed too good to be true to have a moving company with such a great rating like Bright Eyed Moving... but they are, in fact, a great moving company. The morning started off with a bit of a hiccup, but thankfully I had already allotted a few hours for unforeseen hiccups. Despite that, Bright Eyed Moving made up for it and hustled through the move and STILL handled everything with as much care as you'd expect. I would DEFINITELY refer any of my friends to Bright Eyed Moving if they are looking for a quick, in-town move. For reference: It took 3 guys 2-hours to move most of the big furniture I had in my 2 bedroom apartment. Bright Eyed Moving Company is wonderful. The company owner was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and all of my (many) follow-up questions. They were so professional and accommodated all of my requests. Communication and setting everything up was surprisingly easy. Every team member involved on the move was polite, respectful, and extremely hard working. Very positive experience, would absolutely recommend. It was easy to get things set up with them for moving my one bedroom walk-up apartment locally. The estimate they gave me for time and labor required while I was getting my quote ended up being very accurate; very well priced and very straightforward. I was very impressed by the company, the communication and the movers themselves. They took better care of my furniture and belongings than any movers I've used previously. They were so quick, we completely missed them moving out my entire bedroom set! They were also honest; they deducted time spent stopping to get food. I was referred by these guys a year ago when I moved to my current place at Pine Ridge, in Willoughby Hills. They did a great job handling my items and the pricing was very fair. My team of three, John, Joe & Jake were amazing. They arrived exactly at 9:00am, worked like a well oiled machine, & were a lot of fun on top of all that !! They were exceptionally professional, took excellent care of fragile pieces, & put everything where I wanted it. This could've been a terribly stressful experience to move into a giant apartment complex but these guys insisted that they do the heavy lifting, as well as planned and managed the entire process so we could just jump in and help here and there.
