Service Department. Took 3 hours to do a one hour job despite the bike being booked in for the service.

Unfortunately the size didn't fit, When I asked them to exchange it, they wanted to charge $40 Aud (that's 20% of the helmet's purchase price)- I was like fine, that's not worth for it, I will use the small size...whatever. Than I realised that the helmet's sun visor is faulty - I couldn't open it (as I mentioned, I had the exact same helmet before- so I know it very well how does it works) When I told them that the helmet is faulty they gave me 2 options: to send back the helmet (cost on me -$15 aud) and pay for a delivery of a new helmet (cost on me - $15 aud) Or to drive to their warehouse to return the helmet (1.5 h driving - my time), FYI: they haven't had a new helmet at they store so I would still end up without a working helmet that I paid for. the helmet been sent back to them (of course on my costs) - they advised me that it's not faulty - I just don't know how to use it and they won't send me back my faulty helmet neither, as Im refusing to pay an additional post cost again...so I ended up without helmet and without my money Pls think about it twice before you buy anything from them!

I immediately phoned them (helmet warehouse) posing as SHOEI.COM.AU after simply registering that domain name and NOT being the SHOEI company at all... anyway, they had ZERO interest in fixing this problem. Very rude and I got stuck with this and lost $250 selling it.

Incompetence and time-wasters…read more I bought from MCAS on many occasions, every purchase was unsatisfactory. I had to call them on multiple occasions to understand where my order was and wait weeks to see shipped items that they had in stock. The reason for this review is related to my last experience. I`ve called MCAS in Auburn to check if they had in stock, in the shop, a specific article (Dainese Scout 2 Gloves). They confirmed that they had it in stock and I agreed to go to the shop for the pick-up. After spending 45 minutes in the traffic and arrived in the store, MCAS staff told me that the item is in stock in the system but they don`t know where in the shop, inviting me to have a look (9.00 am - shop empty). After 20 minutes, begging for some help given the mess in the area where the gloves are exposed, they simply told me that the item is probably not available. Don`t get me wrong, it can happen, but if I link this experience to the previous ones is easy to understand when I think to MCAS is simple to associate the idea of "Incompetence and time-wasters". I will never buy again from them I will recommend doing so to all my friends... just avoid them.

I feel bad having to write this review because most of the staff I spoke to were absolute champs…read morewho love their motorcycles and were very happy to help. However the experience I had in buying a new battery was like something out of a movie. I had to buy a new battery for my motorbike. This place has everything or could order in everything which was needed for a motorcycle. I went there and discovered that they didn't have my battery in stock. They tried to sell me upgraded batteries (i.e. acid gel and lithium) but I wasn't ready to buy an acid gel battery and the new $40 charger needed to charge it and the lithium, I was told, might damage my bike as it was an older model (1991 to be exact). After quick drop around at a few different auto stores, I soon learned that MCA had my battery at the cheapest price. 40% of the cost of some stores, wow! I called up and found out that I was able to order it in, I then was told that they could not order stock over the phone as all ordered items must be paid for beforehand. Trip number two to the MCA Supermarket. I went in and ordered my battery, after they tried to sell to me the more costly acid gel and lithium batteries again. I was halfway out of the exit when I realised that I hadn't paid for it. The one thing that had stopped me from making the order over the phone. I went back and was informed by the staff that items that are ordered are paid for on pickup only, not before hand... OKAAAY! Good news, the battery came in two days (super quick shipping, thumbs up for that). Trip number three. I went in to pickup and pay for it and they couldn't find it at first. It had been placed in the holding section without any labeling, so I was lucky that no one else bought it instead. I'll keep coming back here as it has the best prices, largest range, and most helpful staff; but holy-cow that felt like such an unnecessary experience.
