She stated that she would discuss the situation with the owner, Alan, due to the number of problems with our order and indicated that they would make things right. I was told I would receive a callback regarding when to pick up the gift card, and that Ashley felt our experience was unacceptable and she would talk with Alen ( the owner) for a full refund. Unfortunately, weeks passed without any follow-up communication. When I contacted the restaurant again, I was informed that only $20 would be refunded. The lack of follow-through and communication was just as disappointing as the food itself. While mistakes can happen, customers should be able to expect accurate orders, quality food ( especially Southern BBQ) come on now! and timely resolution when issues arise. It is a single lane bridge, with a wooden plank decking and railing and is painted gold to look like the Golden Gate Bridge. It is on the National Registry of Historic Places and worth the time to see if you are anywhere near here.

It's an unfashionable destination, which might be part of why when I played a concert here a few years ago, I had one of the best crowds of all time. We stayed in the RV camp grounds across from it. The camp grounds is called Hickory Creek RV Park and is owned by the city of Neosho. It cost $12.00 a night. There is water and Eletric hook ups but no sewer hook up. They do have a dump sight with water at the enteranc It is November and winter is sitting in. Will definitely return in the spring to look at it again.
