Well this so happens to also be the daycare my cousin always raves about that her 6 year old son loves so much.

The place itself was very cute and it seemed very fun for children. They had a pretty cool facility with a nice playground area and the classrooms looked fun and clean. The programs they had seemed really good and it was surprising to me that they even had daycare for infants. The pricing also seemed fair which they had several options. The only thing that was displeasing was some of the staffs appearances was off. I understand not everyone can dress the part but there was staff that looked like they just rolled out of bed, one guy in a classroom who was the obvious teacher/staff was sitting there rolling and twiddling his hair with the children just looking for his attention. I also noticed a lady who instructed the dance portion of the day had grabbed a little girl by her arm and displayed somewhat of aggression and frustration. Look I get it it's hard watching kids and many at that but it just didn't sit right with me. I don't doubt this place is great I was just turned off and couldn't see myself being secure in dropping my 1 year old here.

The Director of operations "Ms Paulina " seems to have hit her head, because in every single interaction she will intentionally ploy tactics for her own agenda rather than actually considering the parent and their child. As a parent, I would never send my child to a place where they run themselves like a business only seeking money. Ms. Paulina will try to control every conversation, talking over you and you as a paying parent will never be right unless you seek out HR. Even that was hard to do with her as she was trying to protect herself. I had to reach out to their sister schools to reach any progress in refund as I was removing my daughter from this establishment. My child came home several times talking about a boy who would hit her and other classmates. As I spoke with other parents they were also aware of this problematic child and staff would just shrug it off instead of removing the problematic child from the establishment.

I have an infant and a 4 year old. Both have had a great experience with teachers who seem so sweet and are always smiling! You know they have the hardest job in the world so if they always are cheerful and smiling is a good sign! The menu here is great. I feel good that my children are getting a well balanced menu! And mom win for not having to cook or pack snacks!! The facility is nice and clean and never smells. I love the splash pad and the playground. It's well manicured and looks nice! My daughter loves it. The app is great they always keep you informed which is nice during the day when I'm missing my babies I always check the app for notifications and pictures!! The front desk ladies are amazing. They are always so on top of it and helped me apply for childcare aware with the military which was a pain and then always got me the paper work I needed and fast so THANK YOU! All in all as a mom it's so nice to not worry about my children when I'm at work. They are safe and happy and I could not be happier with the service we get here at Primrose!

I payed a lot of money for just a small amount of time. I always felt rushed to go pick him up, because I didn't always feel comfortable with having him stay longer than needed, I ALWAYS had to hear every little thing he did wrong everyday. Some examples of his behaviors were going into an empty room, not being on line, small things in my opinion. I was extremely disappointed with how Julie Ford handled my situation. After the pandemic and school was staring back up, I had my heart set on him going back here and she rejected him coming back. I called and asked if my spot was still saved, because I payed my money and was never late! She was extremely hesitant on accepting him back! Shame on you! I'll start by saying the only reason I'm giving this place one star is because zero is not an…read moreoption. Let me tell you what you get for about 1,200.00 per month. Daily event Each morning when we drop my son off, there is very few staff that have arrived to work. Because of this all of the children are blended in to one room. I have personally witnessed on multiple occasions at least 25 children to one overwhelmed looking "caregiver". I have also seen this towards the end of the day with 12 to 15 children and just one "caregiver". Event 1 My son came home with the worst diaper rash that I've ever seen on any of my children despite my wife and I's efforts to mitigate it as we saw it getting worse. Each time we would check him we discovered that he was always in someone else's diaper (not the ones we send) and that the inside of his cheeks weren't clean from prior movements. We then discovered that they don't have a changing table and thus they change my son standing up. Event 2 My wife picked up my son from daycare one evening, and he was sitting in the corner by himself, and appeared to be eating. He didn't immediately run to her which was odd so she asked the "caregiver" if he was eating. The "caregiver" replied, "yeah I think he's eating Play-Doh" my wife asked her why she would knowingly let a child eat Play-Doh as she took it away from my son and the "caregiver" responded, " Oh, I think he just put it in his mouth". my wife immediately went to the lady that sits in the front desk, her boss, and had the same conversation with her and to my wife's disbelief. The lady replied all of our " oh, the teacher probably knew it was nontoxic but I'll tell her that we don't encourage Play-doh eating" My wife explained that we do not want our son eating Play-Doh and ended the conversation. Event 3 We picked up my son with a scratch that went over his eye from the eyebrow down to under his eye and his entire side of his face bright red like he had been hit in the face (he's 2). He was telling us someone hit him. The "caregivers" had no idea how it happened nor did we get a call about what happened. Later that evening we see the report that said something along the the lines of he was scratched by a friend. This was it nothing more no call no nothing. Event 4 Tonight we picked up my son covered in Paint. His brand new shoes were covered. His shirt was covered, and his pants were covered. Everything about this tells me they're not watching my kid. Sending my child to a daycare that cost about $1200 a month should not result in me spending additional money to replace my children's clothing. Each evening when we pick up our son, he's not even being watched the "caregivers" seem to be more preoccupied with cleaning up the place so that they can go home then they are watching our children. Although I cannot speak to fact, for all hours of the day, I can speak to what I've personally seen. The place appears to be severely understaffed and the "caregivers" Appear to be damn near children themselves (very young adults). my wife and I are tired of it and even if this place was free I wouldn't send my child here. we will be pulling my son out in the coming weeks as a result of everything listed above.

It's so hard for a new parent to entrust what initially amounts to a building full of strangers with your most fragile family member, but now after over a year and having watched our child progress through rooms 1, 2, 3, and now 4 I can say that it feels more like a second home than a day care facility. Everyone knows our son by name, the leadership is always front and center and quick to respond to any concerns. It's just a warm and welcoming place where your child will learn, grow and be cared for.

Hindsight is 20/20 and I wish I could take back all the time, patience and effort I put in to try and make it a good experience for her. This place not only has high turnover, high student to teacher ratio, it seems like it also sells you this false belief of superior education from the Montessori brand. So maybe you think that justifies a large monthly fee (nevermind their holidays and staff days), and well it's the best of the best it must be worth it. Wrong. Surely the staff must go through more than your typical cpr/first aid 24 hour training? No. Nothing special here. It's all branding. I tried being patient and understanding, but ultimately my reasons for pulling my child was her safety and well being. They don't have their furniture anchored on walls and so they have bookshelves in the middle of class. Well, you probably assumed some kid got hurt. Yep. Another kiddo pushed the bookcase on to my child, falling over on her fingers. Even after that they didn't want to prevent that from happening again because they technically didn't have to, is what they said, but it wasn't enough seeing a kid actually get hurt to make them think otherwise. I had to really complain to make them do something. Another incident was a child attacking my child outside and not responding to teachers telling them to stop. Did my kid's teacher see this incident? No. Another teacher did. They had the parents pick that kid up. Another time, I go to pick up my kid and once I buckle her in the car I notice she had a busted lip, and they didn't have me sign the usual incident report. Teacher didn't see it or even notice it. (You'll see this as a pattern.). The culmination was the same kid attacking my kid again, this time on her face, and did her teacher see it? No. Another teacher did. Let me mention that this incident would not have happened had they followed their own policy, (which is not having more than one classroom outside at a time) and had competent staff (there were 4 kids to 2 teachers in her class that day and it took a teacher from a different class to see it and stop it.) They had the parents come and cut the other kids nails but didn't separate them from my kid. All this goes without mentioning my kid constantly being sick and them doing a poor job cleaning and changing her diaper. I had spoken to the director and staff about my daughter's health condition, which requires frequent diaper changes or she is at risk of an infection that can affect her kidneys. One time I pick her up and she has a diaper full of poop. I complain. Within the same week, after picking her up, I get home to change her and notice particles of poop because they didn't clean her well. I send an email to all involved about it, but then my daughter had to be hospitalized because, you guessed it, she got an infection. Maybe you can take this knowledge and go to a daycare that's more affordable and will probably give you the same experience. At least your wallet will thank you. All I can say is now my daughter is thriving at home because she isn't getting hurt or sick. She is developing better because I actually interact with her, unlike a time when I saw on camera her teacher completely ignore her when an activity was set up, and no effort was made to bring my daughter over to learn. Do yourself, your sanity, and your wallet a favor and don't go here. Don't buy into all the influencer romanticizing Montessori aesthetics. All they do is say their script,"oh we apologize...we understand...", but there is no change. There is no striving to be better, to stay on the ball. Their words are empty of proactive action, or any action at all. The previous posts and pictures are dated, and those people aren't there anymore. So anything that was said before being nice is no longer applicable.
