Tippy's is located conveniently in downtown Winamac and off Hwy 35. The place is very roomy and modern. There are a lot of pizzas to choose from. My wife and I went with the Hawaiian Cardinal that has BBQ chicken, pineapple, ham, and a balsamic vinegar based BBQ sauce. The best part...a 12 inch was only about $16 for my wife and me. That's hard to beat! I'm from Alabama and sweet tea is hard to come by in Indiana. Tippy's had fresh-brewed sweet tea in the house. It wasn't my first rodeo so I asked the waitress if I could try it. I'm glad she let me sample it because the tea was closer to unsweet and tasted almost rurnt or ruined. So stay away from the sweet tea. Give Tippy's a try if you are going through Winamac for all the pizza choices.

There is a few spots that you can park that are between it and the park that it is next to, but nothing is marked off. The guy that was working there also happened to be the owner. It roots are in Oregon and he kept the name when he moved the business back to his home town of Rensselaer. The restaurant has a Purdue and Elvis theme, with decorations all over the place. And there is an extra room off to the side where I believe they host special events or may open up if they are busy. They have a menu that consists of pizza, calzones, salads and subs. I decided to do with the philly steak and cheese. It was prepared fresh and was ready in about 8 minutes. It was ok.
