State Farm is also nice because they do 1 mil in liability insurance--a lot of other agencies only do $500k. I should have called them to inform them that I got paid 2 days later, to "hold off till the money was in the account". I did not, and that is on me. However, they cancelled my services without even letting me know, or sending it through again the next day, nothing! I was driving without insurance for 3 months before I realized the problem. At that point I was ready to take my business somewhere else, but most companies wanted to charge more because we didn't currently have insurance. Reluctantly, I signed back up for State Farm, and have had rate increase after rate increase for the last 2 years. (even though I saw a news article about how state farm lowered current customers bills by 2%) Then, another rate increase. I could not get anyone to answer the phone at Sarah's office, nor return a call within a reasonable amount of time. The only time I got a hold of someone is when I called the actual State Farm customer service number. Then, magically, they would answer, and transfer the call to my local office for me. Almost as if they were screening my calls at the local office. Renee Stillabower worked there a few years back, and we never had any issues with her. Upon this last increase, we looked her up and amazingly, she still does insurance. We reached out to her, she got us a quote with another company...and bam...better insurance, lower price. On top of all of that, we know, Renee will always take care of us...we are in good hands now.
