On the way to a gas station but saw this shop and parked in the parking lot. Lucky, there was a gentleman in the store who told us Michael would be able to help us in the morning. We still had an hour to go and Long story short we decided to sleep in the car. Woke up at 6 but owner arrived later. Lucky we were the first ones there so he helped us right away. Something tore in the engine and he fixed it. Boyfriend and I waited in the lobby for about 2 hours 1/2 and took a mini nap while the car was being fixed. Brought vehicle in for a coolant leak was told that they could diagnose it during the diagnostic at…read morefirst was told it was the thermostat housing and then that they found out it was actually the radiator hose which they had ordered and installed and then after filling the vehicle back up with cooling was told that they found a crack behind the thermostat housing that the hose that they installed did not fix the issue was charged $140 for the installation of a part that did not fix my issue and was told that I have to bring it to the dealership to have it properly diagnosed so now I have to spend an additional $200 to have it re-diagnosed before even getting into the repair why I had to pay anything for and throwing the parts at a vehicle to see if it would fix the issue is beyond me
