I ended up coming back and I'm glad to say this place is probably the most honest mechanic I've been too in quite some time. Bob allows me to just bring in my parts and he has his team put them on for me and gives me a good price at the end. Service is always friendly and he can always squeeze me in when I need an appointment. I will be taking my Jeep in again once I hit 140k to get my Jeep Maintenance done. It's a nice feeling to be able to go to someone who isn't out to swindle you because you are a female and may not be knowledgeable about cars.

I called the shop and spoke to Mike. When I explained what happened with the car, he basically diagnosed the problem over the phone in about 30 seconds. He sent a tow truck over and in a couple of hours I was good to go, all at a very reasonable price. Mike was efficient, knowledgeable, and true to his word. His initial diagnosis was spot on.
