We have been working with Bill Fraser of Visland Mortgages over the past few months on our quest to purchase our 1st home. Bill was accessible, clear, and supportive in what turned out to be a challenging process (due to the competitiveness of the market this summer). However, Bill always honestly reviewed our prospective properties with our best interests at heart. Even though there were reversals in the process, Bill was encouraging and incisive when it came to reviewing the quality of various offers that we made. Simply put Bill was amazing! Another broker had told me "no" it can't be done, wait 6 months, let this house go there will be others, quit school and work full time. To a newly divorced single mom halfway through her graduate studies I had felt pretty defeated around my goal of trying to get my family settled in our new reality. Jackie Provost from Remax recommended Bill. I couldn't be more grateful that I didn't give up and gave Bill a call. From the very first phone call Bill had a strategic solution to every roadblock I faced.
