Since they were available when we needed them and they were very accommodating on phone we decided to give them a shot and cross fingers. This was a major and risky 3 large tree removal job tight between two houses. They took amazing care of the properties and brought in significant equipment to make the job as easy as possible, for a not-easy job! They not only performed skillful and flawlessly, but they went as far as preserving very close ornamental trees! It top it off, they not only cleaned up all of the mess from both properties, including decks, etc. but they also blew all of the leaves from each yard and took it all away!! They removed a 100 foot White Pine with a 48" wide trunk along with 3 other more normal size trees that all threatened the roofs of my home and my detached garage. A crew of 4 working with the bucket truck and a climber (100' tree had plenty more cutting to do above the reach of the bucket truck) spent four full days cutting and removing. This work should have been done years ago but then I either didn't trust those who had done other tree work for me in the past to handle this job. I found Brinkstar on YELP and their reviews were good, and there was an image of a massive tree being removed by them. I was concerned that Brewster is a long ride from my home in Cortlandt/Peekskill area. But I called them and it wasn't an issue. That and the YELP reviews was what I needed to proceed and stop procrastinating. After getting a quote that was reasonable I reached out to my Town (Cortlandt Manor) and learned that I needed a Permit. Brinkstar didn't flinch, within a day I had all the papers required, licenses, insurance certificates and filed my permit. This work was done in November of 2019. I no longer worry about the those storms and high winds. Highly recommended.
