They say one thing and do another. Email communications to alert you to when services are, which…read moreare inconsistent. Moreover, they are ambiguous in the communication by not articulating what it is for. Be sure to review the bills you receive as well. I received a bill, but had already pre-paid months prior for 5 services. Then I added another service for seeding and they added on the 'bill' I received for an even higher total due. Come to find out, when I called to clarify---the first 'bill' was a credit! What's worse is on 'bill 2' it was ADDED as an outstanding bill. What peeves the most is there is no remorse or even apology for inappropriately billing me. Not even a sorry. Be careful when paying extra for the 'power seeding' too. They market it as churning up your lawn, when in fact it's a spreader that someone basically walks across your lawn. They're lucky I don't call the BBB for misrepresentation of the product - and you bet- I brought up the clarification in the marketing of the product and there was shockingly, no apology or remorse.
