The second hurdle is ensuring there's no "price creep" - where you're given a quote yet when the job is midway through, the price suddenly jumps on work you'd thought was agreed upon. Again, none of this funny business with R & D. After this past winter's storms caused damage from falling limbs to both an outbuilding then the house, about a month apart, we knew we had to sacrifice summer shade for safety. R & D gave us a reasonable estimate and they stuck to the price. Ramiro's crew was on time, polite and professional. One huge maple removed and two other large maples cut and pruned later and our property was cleaned and set to right as if no work crew had been there at all.
