You call, and are transferred around from person to person and it takes way too long to get any service at all. I will be switching to GEICO or another company as soon as I possibly can. They are now in business to take your money and not ever return a cent. I don't care to be lectured when I pay 5k a year for my at least 5+ year old cars. You all should save the money you waste on the terrible TV commercials and get your employees some training.
