Our friend said hands down Nicole Brule-Fisher When we first started looking we were thinking second house. We exchanged emails with Nicole and made arrangements to drive and look at houses. Nicole spent all weekend with us showing homes, connecting with other agents to give us more options. There was one house that was amazing that she was able to show us before it even went on the MLS but it didn't have a place for a pool. (sad face) Nicole showed us a bunch of houses but nothing we were ready to pull the trigger on (this is the beginning of October). So we went home and Nicole started emailing us listings. There was one house that we wanted to see but we couldn't get away. Nicole went out and face timed us for a walk-through. Since we were relocating there wasn't urgency on our end. We were looking for a turnkey house that hit all our must haves. Anyway, my husband was on a quick trip to Tucson and I was in California when I went on Zillow and saw this sweet fixer upper in a great area. My husband called Nicole to see the property. I guess she was unavailable because she told him Nick would meet him at the property. Nick was great - he's unpretentious, friendly and knowledgable. We wrote an offer on the fixer and with their recommendation added an escalation clause. Our offer wasn't selected but became the backup offer. Anyway, all the stars aligned when the first party backed out and we got news that the sellers wanted to accept our offer. woot woot! The fixer didn't have everything we wanted but the location was so amazing and the price low enough that we decided to take on the project to get exactly what we wanted. I honestly didn't think we were in that headspace when we started looking. I really liked working with Nicole and was a bit bummed that we got kicked to Nick. Life happens though - it was during covid so who knows why this happened. On the up side...We also really liked working with Nick. They both were great and have gone the extra mile for us - before, during and after the purchase. Before we closed, two turn-key properties came up on Zillowthat we absolutely loved. We made a trip out to Tucson just to be sure we were making the right decision with our "fixer" - We passed on them, but those houses were very tempting. Nick recommended contractors and inspectors so we could get things inspected during our 10 day inspection period. He really made this part of the transaction go smoothly. My husband and Nick did the final walk through. Nick was with us every step of the way. After the sale we got a notice from the city that we had a water leak. One of our neighbors saw the notice and called the listing agent who in turn called Nick. Nick called us and was kind enough to go to the property to turn the water off for us. The only area that I felt didn't go as smoothly as I would have hoped is with the lenders they recommended. There was some miscommunication that was really inconvenient especially around the holidays. I would highly recommend Nicole and Nick if you are looking to buy a property in Tucson. They are both professional, unpretentious, and know the area extremely well. It was a pleasure to work with them and we appreciate all their time and care.

They made, what can typically be a difficult, process quick and easy. Their knowledge of, and experience in, the Tucson real estate market made it easy getting to an acceptable offer and navigating through the various steps to close. Their efforts even included working tirelessly to find a home for all the furniture we chose not to take with us. Both Nicole and Nick and friendly, easy to talk to and understood the emotions that accompanied saying goodbye to our home. We have absolutely no complaints working with Nicole and Nick and highly recommend them to anyone looking for the very best in help selling their home.

Cari Rascon is by far the best property manager I've had the pleasure of dealing with so far. She handles all issues promptly and professionally while still maintaining a level of personability, which is refreshing. Both Juan Miller and Cari Rascon are valuable assets to the Fort Lowell Realty company. Thank you Juan and Cari for all that you do.

This year the property has turned itself upside down with the property manager, Ana Consuelo, the "Onsite" and tenants who have decided to mount surveillance cameras on the property. I fully understand Ring cameras and camera bulbs, but personal surveillance cameras covering the property as seen by my photos. What happened to personal privacy? All this starts with Property Manager, Ana Consuelo who does not care about the property nor the tenants living here. She has never visited the property to see how the tenants are doing. One meeting a month would be nice to see how the tenants are doing and listen to any grievances. The "Onsite", who Ana Consuelo hired, is not doing her job. The plants in the courtyard are slowly dying as she waters when she wants, as seen by my photos. I will be posting once a month on how this property is going, as I yearn for the old days. In closing, I would appreciate if management would replace Ana Consuelo and the "Onsite". Thank you... NEW ITEM WITH PICS... One of the tenants moved a pot directly in front of another tenants door. From pot to door is 15 feet. Would this classify as a fire hazard? Should tenant who moved pot be charged for endangerment? So much drama at this apartment complex now.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had renting…read more I told them more than a month before I was scheduled to move in that I had a cat allergy and advised that the apartment would have to be cleaned professionally because the previous tenant had cats. That didn't happen. From the beginning, I have dealt with a persistent, horrible odor throughout the apartment, excessive cat hair and filth, and problems that should have been identified and addressed before the property was ever handed over to a new tenant. What has made this experience even worse is being repeatedly gaslit and lied to about what has actually been done to this property. I have been told that the apartment was professionally cleaned, that issues were addressed, and that the matter was resolved. Yet I continue to physically find evidence that says otherwise. Just today, I had to scrape gunk and cat hair out of the stovetop. Every crack, crevice, corner, and hidden area I inspect has another layer of disgusting buildup left behind. This is not what anyone should consider a professionally cleaned home, and it is absolutely not a condition anyone should be paying $1,300 a month to live in what was treated as a litter-box. And this is where the situation becomes especially difficult to understand: if Jennifer had actually come to the property at any point to personally inspect what was supposedly cleaned and resolved, she--or frankly, anyone with seeing eyes would have been able to see that these problems were still there. The washing machine has had an unbelievable amount of cat hair and debris in it. The HVAC has not been cleaned. I have spent my own time and hundreds of dollars trying to make this place livable, while simultaneously being told that the problems have been addressed. They haven't. I am not talking about a few missed crumbs or an apartment that wasn't spotless enough for my liking. I am talking about a property with pervasive cleanliness concerns because the previous tenant treated it like a litter box for her three plus cats. Unresolved conditions that should have been caught before a new tenant ever moved in--and certainly should have been caught when management was supposedly inspecting and resolving these complaints, but they never showed up. The most frustrating part is that I have continued to discover these things myself while being told otherwise by the people responsible for the property. I expected a clean, habitable apartment. Instead, I have spent an unreasonable amount of time and money cleaning up after the previous tenant, documenting problems, dealing with an awful odor, and an entire team of people who have done absolutely nothing except try to hold me accountable while taking zero accountability, refusing to actually acknowledge what is plainly in front of them while basically telling me to move out.

So that meant our son, who is a freshmen in college (just graduated from high school last year) had to fill out an application as well. He is living with us to save money and only have to pay tuition. My husband and I both have credit scores in the 800s. Our son, who really doesn't have any credit yet due to his age and recently graduating high school, does not have any credit right now; therefore, his score is low. They denied our rental request due to our son's credit score. FYI, we spent $55 per applicant ($165 total) as well as $60 for both of our pets' "application." Also, our realtor reached out as well, since we recently sold our house, to help us with this situation. This company refuses to call our realtor back and he has called three times. This is extremely unprofessional. I do not agree with this policy, especially since there is no way to fill out another form to explain the situation. However, even if I did understand the policy, they should be more up front with the information. When we emailed the representative about our 19 year old son still living with us, she could have easily told us that there was a high chance we wouldn't get approved due to our young adult son not having a credit score. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! They will take your application fee(s) and not have any cares about extenuating circumstances or any customer service decency.

Despite being a…read morelocally owned company, the communication experience has been consistently unfriendly and inaccessible. I am looking for rental for my older grandchildren that are moving to Tuscon Area. My primary concerns include: - Lack of Accessibility: No one answers the phone, and neither emails nor calls are returned in a timely manner. Relying almost exclusively on electronic communication is highly frustrating. - Over-Automation: Your email responses feel overly automated, lacking the personal touch expected from a local business. - Poor Handling of Feedback: The responses to reviews--which I believe are handled by Amanda--frequently come across as condescending. Rather than taking accountability, the company offers excuses or justifications for negative experiences. - Taking advantage of younger adults seems to be trending in some of these reviews as well. This needs to be studied and reviewed. It is mind boggling that a locally owned company would be so out of touch with the locals again based on the reviews I have read. While no company is perfect, superior businesses distinguish themselves by taking accountability and working to mitigate and resolve conflicts. It is clear from the volume of negative feedback that the company's approach is the common denominator in these issues. Take responsibility and actively mediating these situations to reach a resolution.
