The driver was caught the following day, but decided to blame me for the accident, even though I was sitting in my parked car when it happened. Thanks to Randys representation, we were able to settle on my behalf, outside of court. The second accident was a disaster. I was a passenger in a car with an under the influence driver. This of course I was unaware of until after the accident. It gets worse.. On our way to our destination we were side swiped by a drunk driver that had just left her job site, working as a bartender.
