The proof of insurance sent to me was the biggest load of BS on any form I have ever seen. The policy is made out to a business other than the home improvement company signed by people other than the home improvement company owner. It has no defined coverage for anything and is contradicting whether this policy is cancelled or not in 9 days. It says it is cancelled by all indications then says it is still good for another 3 yrs. If I could give this place NO STARS I would. They need to get their act together on information they send out and get some professionalism in their business. I won't touch insuring with them if they were the last insurance company on earth.
