It's a place where you can go and be greeted by friendly conversation and words of encouragement in your daily lives as well as your fitness goals. This gym is where I was most successful in completed my fitness tasks. I have yet to find a facility with the same atmosphere. There are trainers here that will truly change your lives mentally and physically. I would highly recommend Nick for drastic results however be ready to work for them. Marissa who has completed huge results herself and is now a trainer is an inspiring influence and motivator. Another thing is this place is open 365 days of the year !! Never closes.. And to top it off they just added 24 hours for those members who are shift workers and just can't get in there in normal time frames !!! It's clean, well-lit and secure. The other gym patrons (when you see them) are so nice and friendly. Emily is a great trainer, too! Located in the heart of historic downtown, it has a front entrance and a back entrance with plenty of parking in the rear. The machines are newer and the treadmills have little screens on them to enjoy virtual "hikes" from all over the world. Simple yet a sophisticated top notch place to go anytime/any day that fits YOUR schedule.

They also invested in a fogging machine they disinfects you as you come in! I feel safer going to this studio than the grocery store during this damn pandemic.
