My wife and I came in earlier in the day for a tasting at the winery and smelled the amazing goodness of smoked meat in the air. They invited us to come back later for their "soft opening." It was far from "soft" in terms of flavor. The pork ribs were tasty and tender. The owners were there as the wait staff refined their serving skills. What a great bunch of people! They joked with us and talked about the history of over 50 years of serving the community great eats and a tradition of fine wines.
