It's usually on the average 4 to 5 cents (3.62 plus unleaded) more than in Wenatchee. The Food mart is stocked nicely. They have my favorite gatorade here, not like across the street were they only carry it as a fountain drink (yuk), or second choice powerade. The help is always rude for some reason. I really don't know why. I've been here a lot of times, and it's always the same. The guys across the street are waaaay too friendly. :: shrugging shoulders:: I don't get it. But I do always see a "help wanted" sign, and they sure need some help in that department.

Been coming here a long time when we make trips back and forth. However on our recent trip we were pumping gas and suddenly the pump stopped after only 8+ dollars. I thought it was weird since I had used my credit card and was filling up. I drove up to the next pump and finished gassing my truck. Then an attendant came out and was very confusing. Eventually he communicated to me that a woman in another car had mistakenly prepaid my pump and I had used her gas. I was skeptical since the pump had looked like it ran my credit card. A woman appeared next to him. He then asked if had any cash to pay the woman. As a point I do not carry cash when traveling for obvious reasons. Something about the situation made me uneasy. I said sorry I don't carry cash and showed them my empty wallet. I asked him if he could charge it to my credit card and he started looking around and said he didn't think so. My family was in my vehicle and at this point I was getting nervous. Finally the attendant told me to come inside and they'd "try something." I told him I hoped this wasn't a scam and that I'd cooperate. I went inside and they tried running a "loyalty program" transaction for the amount. It was declined on all 3 of my credits cards. Something was fishy as I never get declined. I told them I wasn't going to run my debit card as it didn't seem legit to me. I turned around and saw the woman in question zooming out of the parking lot. Eventually the attendant let me go but the whole thing seemed very odd. I checked my credit cards the next morning and didn't see any fraudulent charges but I will keep monitoring them for a while. To anyone reading this, if something like this happens to you here please call the police as its an obvious pattern of fraud. It may have been an honest mistake but something didn't smell right.

Double the price vs going to Dan's or Safeway which are both a mile or so away on US-2…read more Both 76 stations in Leavenworth (same owner) exist as parasites on the town, making a healthy living feeding off of tourists that don't realize how much they are being gouged until they walk out of the store (you will notice that most of the tourist impulse items like sunscreen won't have prices listed as they are hoping you will just grab them and pay without realizing they charge over $20 for sunscreen that is $8.99 at Dan's or Safeway). If you can budget the extra 5 minutes of driving save your money and get gas at Safeway and any convenience items at Dan's or Safeway.

Upon walking in on your right will be the flesh section. No they're not selling sex but it's an area devoted to meat, you know dead animals who sacrificed themselves for my enjoyment. Nice selection of the flesh including prepackaged sausages from CURRED. For those wondering what CURRED is well it's a local ( Leavenworth ) artisan , handcrafted dry cured meats shop. They offer more than 30 varieties of award winning salami, sausages, and specialty cured meats crafted using traditional methods and high quality ingredients. I grabbed a package of BEEF FRANKS BTW for consumption later... The beer section is epic for a local store but stocked with several local brands you can't purchase at Walmart or Safeway so load up a few 6 packs.... Shocking the produce section was amazing with some really choice vegetables & fruit with vibrant colors and fresh smells... Now in a hidden area is a deli of all things. Dan's staff of elf's are making sandwich's and deep fried items.. The cheap deep fried burritos looked amazing and FRANK made a mental note for next time to grab one... Granted it's a grocery store so most of the items you find anywhere. Yet Dan's has a certain style I appreciate and this is why I'm drawn to shopping here... I especially loved their in-house "Dan's" label products. I brought several items home with me, including their BBQ rub, black peppercorns, and of course, coffee! Their hours are incredibly convenient (5:00 AM - 10:00 PM), which makes it easy to pop in anytime. We even visited during a snowstorm -- and yes, they were open! The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to see us. It's like visiting your Granny's Home ;)

This secret and secluded getaway is the perfect spot to forget everything. With a camp store on property you are never without supplies, ice cream, or coffee. Lake Wenatchee State Park is about a mile away providing breathtaking views and relaxing beach. The cabin is a one bed one bath with a full kitchen stocked with the kitchen supplies we needed to cook meals and clean up. A Keurig coffee maker and pods are provided making it perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the front porch watching the sunrise through the trees. If wanting to venture out, the town of Leavenworth is only about a 25 minute drive taking you along the Wenatchee River. Leavenworth is a cute Bavarian themed town with plenty of shops, restaurants, and plenty of outdoor adventures.
