And also commented this is the third time people have brought shrimp back this weekend.. the manager seemed awful upset with me and never even once apologized and made it seem like it was a hassle. I had to change them out. I will never buy seafood in that store again cause I've heard this multiple times from other people. When he brought it back, instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he was blamed for their mistake, even though they shared with him that other customers were returning the exact same batch with the exact same problem. They showed zero concern for the quality of the food they were selling or for the customers who bought it. Apparently, admitting they were wrong was less important than treating paying customers with disrespect. If this is how they handle legitimate complaints, imagine how they handle the problems you don't catch. Spend your money somewhere that values its customers and stands behind the products it sells.
