A week later I still had not heard any response so I called back to check in. The same person picked up the phone and claimed "I have your estimate here...some where". He said he would locate it and asked if he could call me back. I said sure....... that was several days ago. At this point I am giving up. Frenchy's is either unable or unwilling to provide the advertised services on their website. My gutters are still in need of cleaning and I have wasted almost two weeks trying to get an estimate. At this point, this is the only place I go for lumber. I have also talked at length to the guys in there about windows and siding options, though I haven't actually made any purchases of these thus far. They have a decent selection of stuff to look at in this regard, and varying levels of knowledge, but I've always gotten the answers I needed.
