In trying to understand this, I had the worst experience with a representative I've ever had in my life. Daniel from that office was beyond rude. He interrupted, raised his voice, and said that, and I quote, the customer is not right. In the conversation, he was belittling and scathing for no apparent reason. This conversation lasted briefly, and in it he told my family and I that we can expect the rest of our vehicles to be dropped shortly. He attempted to back track on this after and then became extremely defensive. Seeing a local business treat their community so poorly reflects horribly on your company overall.
