In trying to understand this, I had the worst experience with a representative I've ever had in my life. Daniel from that office was beyond rude. He interrupted, raised his voice, and said that, and I quote, the customer is not right. In the conversation, he was belittling and scathing for no apparent reason. This conversation lasted briefly, and in it he told my family and I that we can expect the rest of our vehicles to be dropped shortly. He attempted to back track on this after and then became extremely defensive. Seeing a local business treat their community so poorly reflects horribly on your company overall.

Rather than waiting until they had confirmed with me, they defaulted to making an extra dollar. By the time I caught it and took her off my policy, they claimed there was nothing they could do to reimburse me. Having a "real person" as an agent as opposed to going with a cheaper big company with less personalized service did me no good in this instance. Otherwise nice and friendly service.
