In the YEARS since, they will not stop contacting me trying to get me to trade in my car. I have spoken to them multiple times over the phone and replied to their idiotic emails and texts explaining the simple fact that I live ONE THOUSAND MILES AWAY AND WILL NOT BE DRIVING ONE THOUSAND MILES TO TRADE IN MY CAR. I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota 4Runner from Ruby (I was her first buyer since she was new). She was excellent and personable. Other employees I came across were also friendly. I hate buying cars and car dealerships so my last two came from Carvana where the cars were purchased online and brought to me. But this wasn't painful and Ruby was delightful. Since I was undecided between an SUV or truck, She arranged for a test drive over the weekend so I had a few days to really consider if this car met my needs. Win win for them because it made me decide to buy it! She stayed in communication through text and found answers to any questions I had. Bob at the service department was unprofessional and rude...hope this isnt the norm. I called ahead for oil change/tire rotation and he told me to come on in. Upon arriving, he seemed bothered that I had brought my vehicle in because he just got busy. I left my vehicle there and upon returning, I told the cashier I had a service plan which included oil changes for 75k miles. The cashier told me to tell Bob which I did and I was met with a blank stare and an unenthusiastic "Really?" He stared at me in silence for about 15 seconds trying to guilt me into paying for the oil change because I didnt tell him ahead of time that it was covered. I explained that this is how I had done it on my previous visit but he said he didnt know how to pull up previous workorders. At this point, I would have given up and paid for the oil change had he not been such an unfriendly person. After a long lecture about how I should have told them before they did work, Bob let me go and called me the following week once he got his paperwork straightened out and I paid for the rotation/balance over the phone. The dealership appeared to have a good inventory and the waiting areas were clean. No complaints about the work completed. Truly sad how the poor attitude and customer service of 1 employee can ruin the entire experience. The Sentinel Plan seemed like a good thing when I purchased my vehicles new last year but I wont be returning to Milo Gordon Service Dept to be treated like this...Id rather waste my service plan and pay someone extra who shows a little respect to their customers. read more

Got more trade in value on my vehicle here that anywhere else but the markup on the new vehicle worked itself out so the dealership made theirs. Nothing wrong with making money. This is about you ensuring if you do refer a friend that the referral credit is in writing. Was told about a referral credit and was pretty psyched that my friend would get something back after buying a brand new vic. Unfortunately it wasn't in writing so no referral credit. It's the principal of the whole thing. You advertise it so make sure the customer gets it. Little things like that go a long way with someone looking to buy more vehicles in this small town. Norman, Oklahoma City, Wichita Falls, Dallas, Ft Worth, are only a few hrs away and there's more selection. What's to keep me from looking elsewhere if you can't follow through with that simple gimic? read more

My mom owns a Honda Pilot that has a recall on the airbag and also her A/C isn't working. She's 75 years old and lives 2 hours away from Lawton but it's the closest dealership. She hardly drives anymore except locally so I knew I needed to help her with this. I live near Austin, TX. I called to schedule an appointment and make sure the part for the recall would be in stock. I spoke with a guy named Nicolas Sigala to which I explained all of this. He was super nice on the phone, said he would make sure the part was ordered if it wasn't in stock and scheduled my appointment a week out. Even sent me a confirmation text of this. I made the trip up to see Mom, then the next morning we rode the 2 hours over for the 11:15 a.m. appointment. When I got there, another man in the service dept. said that he showed no appointment for me and that the part was not in stock and would take a month to get. I showed him the text confirmation on my phone from Nicolas. He said Nicolas was off for the day and he couldn't do anything. This was aggravating enough, but I thought I could at least get the A/C looked at. No. They couldn't do that either until at least 4 p.m. since I had no appointment. I left without getting anything accomplished. Made a 4 hour round trip with my mom for nothing. Now I'm back in Austin and she still doesn't have her car fixed. I realize that people mess up. We all have. But I would have at the very least expected an apology. I didn't get that from the guy at the service desk or from Nicolas when I texted him about it. Actually, he never responded at all. I'll be making another trip up there I guess before long since summer is coming on, but I won't be going to Milo Gordon Honda for sure. Thanah Le is the man! He just sold as a super nice pilot at a very fair price! I didn't over pay and I got more than I owed on my trade in! My old co-worker recommended I talk to Thanah Le about getting my wife's new Honda Pilot after I told him I was having a hard time finding a fair deal. We went to two dealerships in Oklahoma City one in Wichita Falls, talked to a guy in Altus and a few near Dallas they wanted 4-5k over Msrp and to give me less than what I owed on my trade in by around 3k I understand it's a hot item but I think that's crazy! That was all a waste of time. Normally I'm not the kind of guy to get a car that just came out because it seems to be more difficult, and costly but my wife saw a 2016 Pilot and her eyes lit up so I had to find one even though I'm kind of a tightwad with my money. We wanted gray with black leather, a fair price and to get at least what we owe on our trade in. Thanh was the first salesman to just look at me and say "alright I will try" and then make it happen without throwing out crazy numbers. With help from the sales manager they found me a car, gray with black leather, all season floor mats, nice wheels, power everything including lift gate, tented windows (not just the rear factory tent) wheel locks, paint protectors, I can't list everything on this thing but it's nice! They had it delivered rather than putting miles on it by driving it back. So even being a dealer trade it has only a few miles on it. They offered all the insurance and protection I could want but let me decide what I needed rather than trying to tell me it's the only option. and got me a great interest rate. Mike Henderhan was awesome to work with! He was very friendly, personable, and seemed to have our best interest in mind, unlike your typical car salesman. I wish more salesman were like him. We also worked with Jerrod Pullman on the finance end and he was helpful. Their sales manager Mark was the only person that I didn't have a good vibe from. Please be leary of their service department. We took my car in for repairs. We purchased a part ($152) and was told it would arrive in a few days. After several calls and one month later they finally scheduled us to come in and "fixed" our car ($314 more). My husband drove out of the lot and realized our electric windows had stopped working. He immediately returned and they were fixed. Today I drove my car (2 days after repairs had been done) and my driver side door is broken. The handle on the outside literally pulls away from the door frame when I open my door. I actually drove back to Lawton (I live in Duncan) and wanted to file a complaint. They were very rude - did not even look at my door. They told me there had been a spring that was ready to break inside and wanted me to purchase a new part so the new problem could be fixed. Good grief! If you take your car in to be repaired you expect them to FIX your car! Will not go back. We've used them several times over the years but definitely won't ever go back. read more

No stars.WORST dealership in the United Stares!. I have owned 4 Hondas. Currently own 2 Honda Pilots. Took one of the Pilots in for two recalls, airbag and ignition switch. Nothing wrong with vehicle. The switch will not release the key now. The air bag appears to be caught in the fan of the air conditioner. Took to Milo Gordon. Neither item was fixed. They called in two days and told us to come pick up. The service writers were rude. They refused to explain the service(sic) done to the car. They were mad because we brought it back. Our Hondas have always been serviced by the dealer. We will have to drive 1 and half hours to another dealership. This is her husband... When we dropped the car off there were 6 people waiting... No dealer employees were anywhere to be found. About 10 minutes later a rude service writer appeared. The first customer was only wanting an oil change. He told here would be 30 to 90 minutes. By the time they got to us and problem recall repairs was explained , writer made scratch notes an a piece of paper where he had noted other customers. Didn't write down model of car but took phone number. None of the customary paperwork ( authorization to perform repairs) was filled out for us or any other customer while I was observing. Total lack of Professionalism... And simple recalls botched. Go somewhere else if you value your Honda. read more

Took car in and was told starter was going out. Because mileage was so low they said they'll fix for a small nominal fee. 2 days later the car is fixed but want me to pay $532. First off if they couldn't honor their word then they should've gotten authorization to fix at that price. Secondly, i could've gotten a starter fixed at a much cheaper price had I known. Feels like bait and switch to me. It appears they're great at getting you in the car and horrible when it comes to servicing said cars. My first and now last time dealing with Milo Gordon Honda. This dealership could care less about the customer. I'm an out of state buyer. I paid a deposit on a vehicle to hold it for 4 days. I booked a one way flight to pick up the vehicle and the day before I was to fly there they called saying it was sold "on accident". They refunded the deposit but refused to reimburse me for the non-refundable flight. They claimed they weren't at fault and tried blaming me for the fact that they made a mistake and sold the vehicle to someone else. After hours of arguing with a sales manager who continued to blame me, they agreed to reimburse for the flight. When I received the payment, they still didn't pay the full amount! I gave the dealership the opportunity to make this write or receive negative reviews and this is what they chose. If you are buying from out of state, be very cautious. read more
