Therefore, after finding out that this model car is under a lawsuit,along other models "ROE vs Ford" I went up there in lawton, ok to report the problem with the engine that has the water pump inside the engine. Spoke with Jeff Shaw to explain how I have to jump start car often cause of glitches and having to fill coolant reservoir every day. Jeff Shaw's response was to me was that "Nothing I can do for you". I've had nothing but bad experiences with this dealership's service department. Most recently, we brought our truck in due to a strange noise--it took them four hours just to tell us it was "nothing." Then, on another visit for an oil change and to check if an alignment was needed, things went from bad to worse. After the service, we were handed paperwork and a bill for $285, only to find out the work wasn't even done on our truck--it was someone else's vehicle entirely. When I asked whether our truck actually needed an alignment, they admitted they hadn't even checked it yet. This kind of carelessness is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We trusted them with our vehicle and they couldn't even keep track of whose car they were working on. Needless to say, we won't be coming back. read more

Sales associate (Willie Mendoza) quoted me a total price on a new incoming Bronco he advertised on a FB group. He sent me a signed quote indicating the price, then took a $500 deposit from me to secure it. A short time later he stated the gm (Jeff Shaw) and dealership owner decided to ask $5000 over msrp for the unit because it was a hardtop and to notify me they are backing out of the agreement. Very responsive, but seemingly unaware of a problem when clearly explained. To get a front passenger-side turn signal light replaced costs approximately $150 -- as I was told by the "service worker." I drive a 2015 mustang. Previously, my driver-side turn signal light went out and I happened to get it replaced for around $30. I came in for a replacement key and the service was atrocious. The first visit I was sold the wrong item and was not offered a refund. On the second visit, the key was not programmed correctly. Upon return for a third visit the service offered no apology and was going to charge me for another key. I was to pay money for their mistake. He was not the stereotypical "car salesman". He was nice, polite, patient (not pushy) and most importantly he was honest. He had the truck I inquired about over the phone, ready for me to drive when I pulled up to the dealership. You could definitely tell he was a professional and knew how to read his customer (Me). The sales manager, Jim Duffy, was great and really assisted me with my trade in. I could tell out the dozens of dealerships I've been in, that the people at Billingsley care about the customers and their experience there, as much as selling vehicles. I purchased a new Ford F 350 duly in September 2017 and purchased both the extended service & maintenance plans. The right rear tire pressure gage sensor is not working. I took it in to have it repair six times over two weeks and was charged $186.00 copay, one week later it stop working again. I was told that I would have to pay again to have it repaired. I bought a pre owned truck and the dealer said it's great, the maintenance team just went over everything and made sure everything was good and i had talked to him about what i wanted to do to the truck like modifications and etc. so he tells me yeah bring it here and we'll have the guys do it for cheaper than anywhere else. I also asked him what if something goes wrong with the truck he says just bring it in and we'll fix it. So I'm reassured that this is a good buy, two weeks later my brakes fail and i get into a wreck and i bring it in and the man i bought it from tells me I'm going to have to pay and is just rude about anything i ask. And he didn't want to put me in a loner car for the mean time even though he had said he would if anything happens. I took my car into this dealership to have work completed that I paid for out of pocket. Shortly after I got it back my airbag light came on and when I called them they told me that the connector may not have been connected back properly after the service they just completed. I asked her what I needed to do and she told me to bring it in and they would look at it but there would be a charge for it. I asked her if there would be a charge if they were negligent and she told me yes, either way I would be charged. I do not feel like I should have to pay for their error. read more

Just had some work done on my Ford Edge here. They had to keep the car over night, which was expected. The actual repair was fast, and the employees who helped me with the actual repair were great. I'm giving two stars because of two employee interactions. The first was with the courtesy shuttle driver. He was nice, but I needed to get to work. Instead of taking me to work first, he took the other customer home first. This customer was in no hurry and lived in the opposite direction of where I needed to go. I had told the driver I needed to go to work. It would have been nice if the driver had checked whose drop off was more pressing. However, I wasn't really upset. I'm only writing this situation because I'm already on here and maybe someone from the business will read it and suggest a new procedure. The second interaction actually makes me mad. I arrived to pay for the finished repairs and went to the cashier. Keep in mind this is my first time using this business. The red headed woman was neither courteous nor overly helpful. When I asked to pay, she said I had to go get the ticket from the next counter over. No problem, I went and got it. I came back to her counter and paid. She then stated she didn't have the key and went back to the service counter. From there, she waved for me to come over with an annoyed, exasperated look on her face. She told the young man that she didn't have the key. They both went back to her counter, and he found it. So, I went back to her counter too, where I could have easily stayed had she not waved me over. She handed me the key without another word. I asked where the car was parked, and she said without looking up, "it's on the key," referring to the ticket on my key. I began to walk away, resigned to finding the car myself, when she told me to come back. She looked at the key and said it was in the front row. I went outside and found the car myself. I know these don't seem like major offenses, but a customer shouldn't be treated like an inconvenience. Nor should a customer be required to do leg work when she could have just as easily asked for the paperwork herself. It doesn't matter if a worker is minutes away from going home. The last customers of the day should be treated the same as the first customers of the day -- with respect and courtesy. What I got from this woman was indifference and irritability. (A further note: there was no line up of customers behind me. Additionally, I was my normal charming self. I was in a good mood as I was getting my car back with the A/C fixed, even though I was about to drop a months rent on a car issue.) read more

I recently bought a used (2011) F350 from these guys & drove immediately out of state. Hadn't really planned on the purchase but they were very willing to work with me on the price and found a good deal on the financing. They even arranged to load my Harley in the bed. The vehicle was very close ( like 500 miles) to the end of the bumper to bumper warranty and although I did have a component failure on the way down to TX ( and was "out of warranty"), they picked up the cost for the Ford dealer in Houston to fix the problem. That showed me their Customer Service was important to them given I was 500 miles away and would likely not return. I can't say how their service might be in the future (if needed) but if I have need of another vehicle, I'd certainly consider buying from them again. read more

I honestly don't know what is wrong with theses dealership maintenance people but they are horrible and will get you killed. We dropped our vehicle off before Xmas and explained everything that we needed to be checked off course we knew it wasn't by the conversation that were takin place over the phone one they started the next business day up. How is it theses maintenance people don't understand nothing you ask of them to do. If my husband had not asked for a simple oil change we would have never found out what we found out cause they didn't check it when that's was one of the problems we asked the Ford dealership to check. This Ford dealership was going to kill my son cause that's his vehicle. 5 stars all the way! I was a first time car buyer, and I told Chad I was looking for a used Mustang. I work 12 hour days so he came to see me at work with the Mustang!!! It was right in price range and everything. So he took it back to the dealership got me qualified. One of my biggest things was I didn't have a co signer. So it took a few tries but we finally got me qualified. He was very patient and went out of the way for me multiple times. It was honestly the best car experience I had! They have the best Staff and Salesmen in Lawton! I would defiantly recommend them to anyone. I know in 12 months I will be buying another car from them! When you go ask for Chad! I bought my truck from Billingsley Lawton. I had a ongoing issue that was a known issue that had been under recall. I talked to service wanting to bring it in and I was told each time that I had to have a appointment. I'm single and work out of town and explained how difficult it was to get it there not to mention to leave it. Told I HAD to have a appointment. Unfortunately I was laid off from work for a week and figured this was my chance to get it in and problem of transmission randomly downshifting corrected. I lined up a ride and was prepared to drop it off on Monday. I was told again I had to have a appointment and they set it for 0830 Thursday. I dropped it off Thursday at 0810. 3 days later they hadn't touched it. I had to pick it up as it's my only mode of transportation. This F-150 was first Ford I have owned. At this point I don't know if it was a mistake buying a Ford or if it was a mistake buying a Ford from Billingsley Ford. read more

I have (had) been a loyal Ford customer for as long as I could drive but that ended last year. The 2015 Explorer we purchased from Billingsley Ford had it's share of problems and our visits to the service department were far too often. All started with the moon roof shade making noises when the shade was retracted or extended. After a futile attempt to fix it with lubricant the body shop replaced it. The shop manager said that all Ford moon roofs develop problems over time and the ones on the F150 were notoriously bad. Guess he wasn't looking for any repeat customers or maybe just being brutally honest. Shortly afterwards a water leak developed from the grab handle on the passenger side. Interesting. Took it back, problem solved. Then a tapping sound developed inside/under the driver's seat. Won't go into detail but after six or seven trips to the body shop, they replaced the bottom part of the seat completely. All along the shop made it seem as though we were being too picky and they made us feel as though we were just a pain in their rears. When they made the repair and reinstalled the leather covers on the seat the cover was misaligned and looked bad. Then the first time my wife turned the seat warmer on, nothing. This is the same Explorer (recall) that when accelerated hard smelled as though the exhaust pipe was inside the car. The entire process was so disappointing we ended up trading the car shortly thereafter. I had bought six or seven new cars from Billingsley over the years and had once considered them a great business. This experience convinced me to never purchase from Billingsley Ford again and I may never buy another Ford. They (Ford and Billingsley) had a committed customer to their product and store and screwed it up by building a poor quality product and not taking care of their customers' needs. So long. read more
