Absolutely the WORSE haircut in my entire life! I don't know his name but he has a full black beard. I asked for a low fade. Not even close!! He trimmed it down around the ears and left it with a "shelf" rather than a blend. Either he didn't like me or he was incompetent or on drugs. I paid $18 for the cut and gave him $22. When I got home and washed it I discovered the HORROR! Now I will have to go somewhere else to fix it. read more

Very unsatisfied with my visit today, went in for a simple fade with a friend. Haircut ended up coming out horrible and unfinished. When barber was applying product they were caressing my head in a very weird unprofessional manner. After this situation I left to another more professional barber shop to have my haircut fixed. After that I went back to The cut to talk to the manager to see if I could get my money back she proceeded to get in my friends face and started to put her fingers in his face snapping her fingers when he asked her polity to get out of his face she replied with no. She then continued to go inside and flick us off as we were walking away and called us "too broke to afford a haircut". Please do not waste your money going into this shop everyone there is very inexperienced and unprofessional. Horrible service, not clean, bad feeling environment and bad cuts. Went in with my friend for a haircut, showed the guy a photo and told him EXACTLY what I wanted. He didn't even get close, completely messed up the haircut, didn't line it up properly, fade it in and cut too high. We ended up going to a different shop to get our haircuts fixed as they also messed up my friend's cut. They did a great job and recommended we got our money back. So after getting our hair fixed we went back to ask for a refund and was met with extreme disrespect. A blond overweight woman told us what since we went somewhere else we couldn't get a refund and that we should have came back to them to get it fixed which makes no sense, why would I go back to a place that messed up to begin with? We were then told that we're "broke bitches that cannot afford haircuts" I definitely do not recommend this shop, the service we received was horrible and nasty. read more

I found a barber who does a great job. But she seemed to be an even better person. Shared the same values as I do. I absolutely refuse to give our $ to DEMONcrats who've sold out to communism. We are in Sanford for a short time and my husband needed a haircut. Because Bill's had good reviews, he decided to try them. Unfortunately, he's forgotten the name of the lady who cut his hair. For the first time in awhile Hubby has been growing out his hair some (he previously buzzed it himself every month). It was starting to get a little awkward and shaggy looking, so he desperately needed a good trim. We live in Debary and always try to support the local businesses around our little town, therefore I was excited to find there was a Barbershop. Bill's Barber is located in the Winn-Dixie plaza on 17-92. When we arrived it was pretty busy in there, and everyone appeared to be regulars. Hubby was a little nervous at first, as all of the other customers and the barbers were at least twice his age. However, he ended up having a really good experience. Not only did the barber (named Mike) do a great job on his trim, but he also evened out his beard with a straight razor. And the bill was only $12! It safe to say that Hubby will become a regular at Bill's. read more

If you are looking for a throw back to the 70's this is your place. 'Bill' no longer owns it. Owner and staff lean more toward generic hair cuts. Nice enough people. I was looking more for a full service men's barbershop experiance. read more

Compared to Great Clips, Bill's Barber Shop is a much better value. Friendly Staff. Excellent service for the price. My hope is that after one or two more visits, I will then rate Bill's Barber Shop a five star rating. read more
