Went back in today to have hair corrected. Ashley indicated she was willing to do this, owner was insisting on additional payment. Needless to say, after paying $140 for the initial, incorrect, coloring; we left without my hair being corrected, and nearly in tears by the owner's brutish manner. He had the audacity to call us terrorists after expressing our desire to leave a review on social media. Posting pictures below. P.S. Since they do not advertise their prices on their website anymore, weirdly the prices seem to change through the coloring process and depending on who you speak with.

Whether the PayPal transaction took too long, or something, we don't know, but the appointment was somehow changed to 11am on that Monday, and he didn't know until he got a call from them at 1pm that day about "missing his appointment". They kept his payment. All of it. Being 18, he didn't want to make a fuss and talk to them further about it, as I recommended. Not happy at all with paying for a service never received, nor of not being notified of an appointment change until AFTER the appointment is missed. I've heard good things about them, but at the least, their online booking system - BUYER BEWARE. (No idea why my profile says TN...I'm in Concord, NH)
