I was sad when she moved to NH but after months of unsatisfying haircuts, I traveled up for a cut. Nobody has ever given me such a great haircut. Even my crazy curly hair just lies perfectly with just my fingers after she cuts it. Tried to break the ice to tell him what kind of haircut we wanted for our nine-year-old boy and showed him some pictures. I exclaimed that I know my kid doesn't have this hair type so give us a haircut that had a burst fade and clean it up. He told me to stop talking over him when he explained very shortly that he will give me the haircut that he gives me. I should've left right there. He proceeds to give the haircut to my nine-year-old, asking him questions that he did not know how to answer like what number to do the fade...I interjected and said that we typically fade from zero. He ignored me completely and barely did any haircut (nothing to front and back abd certainly no fade and said that this is the haircut that my kid asked for. I politely said oh no, that's not, you didn't do anything to the back and you didn't trim any on the front. His response was "this is the haircut that he asked for." It was not. My nine year-old kids eyes were wide Shaking his head. At this point, I said to him, I think we're done here. He did the bare minimum was so extremely rude to me and my two kids for no reason. This man should not be in business for Customer Service and in terms of talent of haircut: it would be a HUGE mistake to have him touch your hair! How this guy is in business is beyond me. Look elsewhere for Barbershops.

Not happy at all with paying for a service never received, nor of not being notified of an appointment change until AFTER the appointment is missed.
